Love old navy products. Easy online ordering and returns. Have purchased clothing for the past 4 years and never had sizing issue.

Not enough clothes for mens/boys seems like its more for woman/girls then for men anyways go shop at other stores

At old navy a lot of variety available for selection. I always prefer to shop over here again and again. But sometimes i face issue in delivery process

Old navy commercials are amazing, but their products are mostly "meh". Good prices, but very similar quality and style as you'd get at Walmart or Target. Very basic clothing.

I like shopping there for my 16 year old son, but he is not too wild about the store. It lacks relevancy to the millennials. OldNavy stopped being cool.

I usually buy denim jeans for everyone in my family. I find the quality of tee shirt is poor. They use poor quality fabric that doesn't hold up in the wash. They do have decent quality on cotton and flannel shirts for men.

Free shipping is reliable and fast through fedex. And if they sell out... you get a type of sorry payoff like a discount for one item. Etc.

I don't shop there because there clothes are for the younger set.

The items can be a bit pricey and their "sales" always have a catch. Every store I have been in has been a total mess and it's near impossible to find anything.
