Even if you have a damaged item upon arrival, they give you two options:
1. Drive to a store with your item (in my case the nearest store is 73 miles away), so it's a no-go.
2. Contact customer service where they'll tell you to purchase the same item and they won't credit your account until you send back the old item (I hope you have a printer to print the shipping label) then you have to contact them again to let them know that they have to credit your account.
Oh yeah, and you have to create your own shipping label after you locate the item number. All while trying to work around the language barrier of the customer service representative (who is equally as frustrated and likely very underpaid). It's definitely not a fun time…
Don't even get me started on their Supercash scam where they require you to spend X amount before you can redeem.
Long story short—— old navy sucks
I went to Old Navy to get jeans, because I remember when their jeans were so cheap back in the day. I haven't been there in ages. I should have looked at the prices, even though they're hard to find in the tags. I looked at a couple of jean racks, and most of them were marked down from about $45-50 to about $30, so I was like, okay, I guess most of them are this price. I was wrong. I tried on several pair and chose three. Each pair ranged from $40-$45 each, and I didn't have time to think if I wanted to put them back, because the line in the store was backed up. I had tried on each pair twice, so I thought it would be alright. I took them home, and put them on, but they binded me when I sat down, so I couldn't wear them, because I work at home and sit down a lot. I looked up their return policy, and discovered you can only return store purchases in the store, not online. Since I live over an hour away from the nearest store and don't often have business in that town, it means I will need to make a special trip back to get $135 worth of returns. For me, that's a lot of money. My husband works some weekends, so I can't just get in the car and drive down an hour to return some clothes, and they have the 45 day policy, so basically I'm screwed. I either have to find a way to go down there myself, send someone in my behalf, or lose the value of the jeans because they won't process in-store purchase refunds by phone or online returns. I called the local store, the 800 number, and customer relations, and no one would work with me. Needless to say, I will never be shopping at Old Navy again. If you live in the boonies and don't go to the bigger towns constantly, do not shop here. They won't work with you.
I ordered 5 items from Old Navy online Tuesday Oct 19. It said it would be delivered Tuesday, Oct 28. On the night of Oct 27 I received a very unprofessional letter from Old Navy stating they are we're unable to ship your order within the time frame promised. They don't tell me when the order will be shipped. That's it. They are sorry. Meanwhile, the person I bought the clothes for and needs them ASAP will not be getting the order. If Old Navy told me last week when I ordered that they do not have these items in stock, I could have ordered them from another vendor. How unprofessional Old Navy is and now my son will continue to not have the right clothes. This was very important and Okd Navy ruined it. Old Navy is terrible and they do not provide good service and customer service is the worst. They outsource to people who don't understand business and they couldn't tell me if my son would ever get his package. Old Navy should be ashamed at how bad their service is.
I visited old Navy on 26th of Oct 2021. The customer service is outstanding and very friendly. I had to returned some stuff and buy some. The process was very easy and and the staff was very friendly as always.

I ordered twice from old navy within the last month and I never received the order which said that it was delivered. The rep. Said that they can guarantee that it will be delivered. I had to get refunds each time. I'm very dissatisfied with their delivery service

I applied for a new credit card for purchase Sat. 10/2/21. The cashier told there was a special 40 % off For new charge cards coupon that I could use for 48 hours. Online or in-store. Since the store didn't have in stock several items.
I have looked through the receipt and rewards packet and can not find the cc number to use the card. Trying to order 10/3/21. & emailed CS.
Today Monday 10/4/21 after your phone lines opened. I spoke to customer service, one girl couldnot help me, said she worked for the bank.
I transferred to someone who said they couldn't give me a coupon code that had expired. Was transferred to the main hold recording for the third time.
Was that a sales gimmick to get me to sign up?
Truely finding this experience horrible.

Poor service at Logan store utah, they got mad because they tried to charge me full price on 50% off shirts, i think i won't buy from logan utah's store again
Bought some pants at Old Navy for my daughter, they did not fit her we tried to return them for something in the store or for store credit to no avail. She was given a ticket with a number to call we have called several time to no avail. We are not asking for a refund but a store credit. Please have someone call us to resolve this. Please call me at *******701. With the pandemic we had not had the opportunity to go in person.

I really do not know that this ad is supposed to represent other than the fact that Old Navy carries large size clothes. It is very annoying does not make we want to shop at your store.
I will most likely never shop at Old Navy again. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I liked the way the clothing fit and I liked many of their styles. However, after viewing their website for at least the past year, I can no longer find something that I would buy. They have tried to cater to a broad group of people, yet they have excluded my body type. All the shirts are made to make you look sloppy and unfit. Or their fit is made for a curveless woman. There is not Perfect Tee anymore. That was the best fit for my body-type and I am sure many others miss it. And it really was the "perfect tee", with the best fit that had curves and you didn't look like a slob. Why, if Old Navy wants to be so inclusive have they excluded a demographic? I would give zero stars if I could.
I order from Old Navy all the time, but that is stopping. I sent back a package of return items in another package. I was told the inside package was never received, but I have tracking for the package they were in. I had 65.00 worth of clothing in the bag that now, I just have to pay for because someone decided not to match up my invoices. The person I spoke with said that is all she could do. I was trying to save Old Navy some postage, but I won't be doing any of that anymore. The agent was not really interested in helping me, so I am chalking it up to a bad experience.
My flip flops with leopard print did not last 3 days into my vacation. This has NEVER happened! How embarrassing

I've shopped Old Navy's website quite a few times, and my experiences have been good.
They offer stylish, on-trend pieces that are not too "put-there" for a 57-year-old woman to wear with dignity.
I especially like the fact that they offer a good selection of 100% cotton, which can be hard to find.
For good quality casual clothes at affordable prices, Old Navy is a great place to shop.
I opened gap and old navy cards I wanted to make a payment they charged me twice.
Over one month I tried to get my money back 1400$ and nobody help me just ice call from customer service and I should wait!
This bathing suit STANK when i got it. 0/10 dont recomend it, literally smells like something diedand by the way the top was to big so sucks even more
I like the general quality of the clothing and this is the only reason I continue to shop with Old Navy. The APP is exasperating! Customer service, the same. Shipping is extraordinarily slow. 3 day shipping is actually more like 10 days to 2 weeks! Dobt bother paying for expedited shipping! You'd be better off dumping your money down the toilet! Try calling for help? LOL! You'll hold forever, get disconnected and nothing gets resolved. You're not able 5o view the Customer reviews either! What's going on Old Navy?

I took my granddaughter shopping on Monday at the South Hill Mall. Our first stop was at Old Navy. We had a couple shirts and a couple pair of shorts. After processing the purchase, the cashier asked if we wanted a bag? I looked at what we had purchased and said of course. She then told me it would be $. 08. I asked why, she told me it was a COVID regulation. I said I have never been required to pay that any where. We want to at least 5 other stores, and not one of them required us to buy a bag, and we're shocked when I told them this story.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
