I was very excited to order my boy a cake for his first birthday so he could enjoy it with family while we were on vacation for the Thanksgiving holiday. I placed the order in advance and set the delivery the day before I needed it, just in case. When I placed the order the address kept autocorrecting to a different but equivalent and still correct address on their order form, since it was equivalent change I proceeded to order his cake.

The cake seemed to ship on time, but then suddenly the cake was undeliverable and was sent immediately back to sender. I contacted customer service with my concern and was told that "in past experiences, roads like that generally have another name that is recognized by the post office" and that a new cake could be made but wouldn't be shipped until the next week. I let them know that there is an alternate street name which I tried to enter repeatedly but it would not be accepted by their order form, and that a cake next week wouldn't be acceptable, the cake was ordered timely for a time-sensitive event. There was no reply to my concern, and it has been 4 days and I have not been offered a refund for an order I didn't receive due to their ordering system. I contacted the company early enough that a new cake could have been made and overnighted to the address I tried to ship to originally.

I hardly ever submit reviews for poor service but do yourself a favor and order elsewhere, his birthday came and went and I never received a refund or an apology from the company.

I recently ordered my 3rd custom cake. I typically order about 2 weeks prior to their birthday and freeze until their party at daycare. The custom design is for me and the cake for the dogs. The last one was a remote control because someone (won't mention any names) thinks their his toys. The detail on the remote was amazing. The prices are reasonable, too. This is a great option if you want a custom cake, don't have easy access to a dog bakery, or want a nice cake.

The first cake I ordered was caved in and missing a good portion of the cake when I cut into, but I decided to order from them again. Wrong decision. I ordered a white carrot cheddar cake and they sent the peanut butter apple. Customer service was not helpful at all saying they sent what I ordered, but they are the only ones that can see the details of the order. The order confirmation they send you doesn't list the flavor details. Also poor color choice for a female dog. Not happy at all!

I ordered the bonemosaic cake for my pup, Finnigan and we both loved it! It's super cute exactly like the pictures and he loved it! Packaging was perfect and got here exactly when they said it would! I was skeptical it would come intact but it really holds up! It was smaller than I anticipated, but that's my own fault for not reading the details more throughly (I was a little excited) I will definitely be ordering for my other pups and for Finnigan again! Thank you so much for an adorable cake!

I am in awe of how incredible Okra & Molly treat their customers! I recently had to cancel an order due to being laid off suddenly and they shipped my pups birthday cake at no charge! I am in tears right now of how generous they are. This is beyond excellent customer service and treatment you couldn't get from anywhere else! I plan on continuing my subscription next year and letting the world know how awesome they are to do business with! A++++++++ AWESOME!

Unfortunately my 16 year old Lizzie became very ill. We tried every treatment under the sun and did every diagnostic possible but ultimately the doctors said it was a battle she would not win and to take her home for a little bit and enjoy our final days. At that point Lizzie had stopped eating and I remembered how much she loved okra and molly peanut butter cake. I contacted Okra and Molly explaining my situation and that Lizzie only had days left and we really wanted to get her one last favorite treats in time. Okra and Molly was immediately accommodating and had a cake rushed to us asap. This was the only thing Lizzie would eat in her final days and she enjoyed every second of it. Thank you very much to Okra and Molly.
