I always ALWAYS forget to add my unit number when checking out and have to request for customer service to help me to make the manual amendments. I'm always impressed with the speed of their replies and how quickly they make the changes.

I needed some help on how to return items and if I still could return my items because it had been over the 40 day return only because I couldn't get out because of corona however I had the best help from Luce she told me everything I needed and answers all my questions quickly.
