I received help from Aimee Moughton regarding my order. She was extremely helpful, professional, and answered my email in a timely manner.
I orderd 2 dresses that got held up at customs so 6 weeks later I never received them. I emailed oh polly and nikki was really helpful and explained what happened, refunded me and kindly said I can keep the dresses when they arrive
I purchased a beautiful dress for my daughter for Xmas, received beautifully packaged and couldn't wait to give it to her.
Unfortunately it was a little small, but I realised I had gone over the returns timescale, so messaged customer services.
I had a quick and surprising response from Molly, that allowed me to return the dress.
I replied to say thanks and to check stock for exchange. Again a quick and lovely response from Gina to say they didn't have stock but expected delivery soon. I am returning the dress tomorrow by post and reordered today (as we got lucky).
I have since ordered another dress for my daughters birthday & this is equally as beautiful.

I reside in Canada and placed an order for a few months in December. I noticed that the tracking was not updated and no additional information was provided about my shipment.
