I ordered a satin top which was beautiful but unfortunately came with little holes in it due to the straps, I immediately contacted the ohpolly help Account on instagram and sent the pictures. I received help very quickly and the Problem was handled very well and the girl, responsible für customer Service, was very nice. Now I‘ll get a completely new top which has been sent already. After purchasing my order I noticed I made a mistake on my delivery address. I emailed Oh Polly and was provided a prompt and well detailed email regarding my problem being resolved.
