Very straightforward process easy to follow and very quick.

I got my unlock after 4 days but that was over a weekend. Also the price is not very well explained up front

It's been very confusing and I didn't expect it to be so expensive when I was told in the shop that it woudnt cost anything to unlock the phone

I used this website as, unfortunately had to self Isolate
It was advertised at 19.99 + Vat and unlocked in 1 to 6 hours
I paid and was waiting over the time limited so asked for update, to then be faced with an email saying the initial checks had been carried out and to pay the attached invoice to complete the unlock!

I emailed to say I hadn't received the service I had paid for, they said they could discount it by 15% as "they had an order going in that night"
I refused to pay anymore monies as it was going to cost over £50 in total

No refund given

Good service for those who have money.
Their service is fast and effective, but the price is a little bit high.

After using a cheaper site (£4.99) for an unlock code for a Samsung s9 that i bought for £120, they returned a result they were unable to unlock it & refunded me.

Timescale was longer than expected and phone still doesn't work now asking for other codes which I do not have

I'd read the reviews, which are bad to say the least, but I thought, no, I'll give it go, maybe there's just lots of negatives because maybe there's just a small amount of issues and those people who have something to complain about are more likely to leave a review than those who had a positive experience.

How wrong I was...

This site is 100% a scam. No ifs, no buts.

The prices quoted on the site are completely irrelevant, misleading, and certainly not reflective of what you will inevitably be asked to pay after you've handed over the initial amount.

For an iPhone 7 is was quoted £24.99 initially. It took 22hrs and 14mins before I received the dreaded email I'd been waiting for.
"Your phone is a very expensive device... the carrier requires this additional unlocking fee cover their potential loss of revenue".
That additional fee amounted to £52.79. I know, however, that it has been a lot more for some individuals.
This then takes an extra 1-72hrs to complete. Working days only. Because of the pandemic, you see.

So all in all the total cost of getting a (clean) iPhone 7 unlocked is actually £77.78

As a paralegal I know for sure this company have broken a number of marketing regulations, and, I would imagine, some consumer laws too.

They'll be hearing from me again soon, but not as a customer.

Easy to fill out form hopefully a quick unlock the site information is misleading making customer believe one payment of £19.99 unlocks your iPhone you pay then your told there is a additional £35.00 due to complete the process £55.00 justify that keep the £19.99 dishonest company beware

Purchased an unblocking Code.
Paid €23 'Prepaid' presumed it was total amount.
Got email 24hrs later looking for another €34 to complete the unblocking process.
Still waiting for my code. So am hopeful it arrives. But just needed to voice my opinion that they are not totally upfront.

Be prepared to pay extra cost. I thought the whole process would be done for £19.99 but had to pay a further £52 to complete the process.

Hidden charges, thought I was paying £19 then once you got the code you charged me around £35 to release it.

Made the 1st payment with no issue. 2nd payment requested and no bank or credit card will pay. I would like my 1st parent refunded.

Very easy and clear instructions. Should note that time given is working days and does not include weekends, Good idea to start on a Monday perhaps.

Says 24 hours but that's a lie I've waited 36. Emailed the contact and they replied saying they working on it. Costed 23$ Canadian. The email process says 20% and it never changes.
