I'm writing to OfferUp to complain about there merger with letgo I quit using letgo because the app would always freeze, blank out or not respond
Now it's doing the same thing on OfferUp
So you got rid of the letgo name, but now OfferUp is the same crappie letgo app
You just renamed it
I use to spend hours on OfferUp now the page blanks out sometimes in 2-3 minutes

Messages doesn't go through. They seemed to have changed it. But for the worse. I'm sure you had good intentions but you have terrible results. Now it looks like your trying to hard. Make simple not fancy. Might work. Wish let go came back. Sad you bought them and then made it worse

I sold a purse for 50.00 and offer up kept the money I was never paid. I spoke with the lady who purchased it and verified she received it. Upset that I was nit paid by offer up. I usually like offer up but this set a bad taste when I was not paid. Would like to know where my money is.

I hate this app now. I had over 30 sales on let go. It was easy to use, there wasn't any adds. This merge they did with offered up just really ruined a good thing. It's hard to find items actually in your own area it brings up outta state items and makes it really deceiving. I am deleting my account. To bad I had 5 stars and great reviews. Let go messed up.

Offerup is one of the worst web apps. It is infested with scammers and the people who run it are very incompetent at best. That used to be Craigslist's place but these people have taken their first place spot. STAY AWAY FROM OFFERUP IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

Horrible customer service! They have shut my page down 21 times by mistake saying it was a "technical issue" or mistake then reinstate it days later... after getting many automatic messages! Report them to bbb. They will be forced to fix thier issues or be forced out,!

Bad, filters don't work, did I say bad. This sight is going back to the stone age. Bad bad bad bad.

I used to do a lot of business on Letgo, buying and selling products and services. OfferUp bought them, and now I see a lot of stuff from 1,000 miles away, and it's posted two years ago. The worst thing is, I can't post myself as a person who does mechanic work, and tons of other people would post gutter cleaning or babysitting services. Nobody can do that now. I wouldn't recommend OfferUp.

I was selling all my items on Letgo very successfully with no problems and meeting good honest people. Since OfferUp bought Letgo I've had nothing but scams, and people that just want to gain your email of phone numbers. Find someplace else to do your selling and buying. I mean who sells a $52,000 RV for $3,000 except on OfferUp?

You ever watched a dog take a dump in 30degree weather? Offer Up reminds me of that steaming pile of $#*!. I can draw many comparisons.

Horrible app. Not user friendly. They discontinued letgo but did mot bring over your listings. Truly a horrible app to use. I do like the sound of the notifications "chi Ching" though.

I sent a buyer the items she purchased in one package to avoid wasting materials, box, packaging... and bc I didn't print and use a label for each item, offer up cancelled the sale even though the buyer received the items & now I am out $600! I needed that money to buy groceries/food... this is a nightmare and they do not care, will not help you!

This is the worst possible place to buy or sell anything! Stay far away from this app! And a 12.5% fee when u sell something you have to ship. That's Disgusting
