Bought a home with a million dollar view and received a low ball offer from Offer pad.
Looks like they charge a whopping 7 percent interest and a cancellation fee on top of that.
I feel sorry for homeowners who give there home away to these company as they will flip your home and make a bundle on your back.

My wife wanted to be closer to her job, neither of us liked our neighborhood and we didn't want to go through the rigmarole of selling; so we chose Offerpad. Initially, they offered us $125K (our pay-off was $100K). Unfortunately, when we got to the closing attorney, there was $16,500 in deductions. When the dust settled, we were left with about $8,500 for our pockets. If you want to get out of your home and start a new life somewhere else, Offerpad is the way to go but if you want to leave with a lot more pocket change, be patient and sell it the traditional way.

Conclusion: what we liked most was that they paid off our mortgage and monies owed to us literally within an hour after closing; what we liked least was the 7% fee (most realtors charge 3%).

One last thing, we got hit with a $500 "clean-up" fee after closing because of trash in the backyard. My advice to you is, when your home inspector and marketing consultant comes through, ask the consultant to do a "yard inspection" so they can identify anything that may leave you with less money. No one likes to be nickeled and dimed. To view the photo, save it to your PC then open it in your photo viewer.

Run from Offerpad as fast as you can. They claim they provide competitive offers, but offered me $100,000 less than the current home sales in my neighborhood. My home is in mint condition and has a pool. I had my home, roof, & pool inspected. All in excellent condition. On top of their low ball offer they expected me to pay 10% in fees. I listed my house with a realtor instead, My house sold in no time. I received an excellent offer, and paid reasonable fees. Offerpad is a ripoff company not worth your time. You have been warned.

Site only covers a few markets with poor function garbage search results.

You can keep assulating people with your... commercials... yes your... commercials... all you want.

Pepper people with fake propagnada all you want idiots. I will never use this trash website in 1,000,000,000 years. And I will tell everyone I know it's garbage.

I wish there was a program or application someone invented that blocks all of these types of commercials.

The website sucks. The platform sucks. The search results suck. Go FSBO or listed youself on Zillow. Most consumers are doing thier own research today when buying a home regardless.

Offerpad.com is garbage. Do not give them ANY business. Save your money and stay off this garbage website.
