First, the quality of their products is so poor, they don't even want the items back, should you wish to return them. Second, and more importantly, their return process is a sham! They will offer you $3 on each item, and tell you to "donate it." If you push, they might go to $5, and still don't even want the item. But no matter what, they make the so-called "return process" so tedious and complicated, few people continue---that's their strategy.

I purchased the Glamour Sweetheart Sequin Mermaid Long Prom Dress in the color Dark Claret. All though the shipping took over a month I expected that because it's being shipped from China. The quality of the dress was much higher than expected and was definitely a steal considering the low price. The only issues I had with the dress itself is that the color is not as true in real life as it is on their site. The dark red that I thought I got was much more on the brown side. Only appearing more true in lowlight. The bottom also wasn't as full as pictured. Other than that the sizing was accurate and the quality was quite good. Happy with my order

I ordered two pairs of yoga pants. They came in the mail 24 days later and one pair was not the ones I had ordered while the other was see through unlike the ones advertised. So I emailed them and sent them pictures of the wrong pair they sent me and they told me they would send the correct ones. I received the new pair a little under a month later and while they were the right color and length, they didn't have mesh like advertised in the picture. The only good thing I can say about this transaction is that they didn't charge me again for the resending of the yoga pants.

I ordered a coat, size large, which is what I wear, but it was way too small. I've sent several emails and tried to catch them on a live chat but have not been successful. I've read the negative reviews and also seen on their website (too late) that they don't pay for returns if it's the wrong size. I don't know what else to do! Obviously, China doesn't have the same standards for customer service as the United States.

I ordered 2 dresses and when I recieved them the quality was horrible and the sizing was way off! I emailed them asking for a return with a full refund but they said they do not offer free shipping label which almost every website does, also I would have to ship it back to china. Are you serious!? I went to my nearest postal service and just to ship these 2 dresses would cost me $164! That's more than these $#*!ty dresses. They just want your money! They are scandalous! Please do not order from them, I wish I read these comments before I made this huge mistake!

WRONG you will never get anything resolved

I order a coat several months ago and I received the wrong size the companies mistake.I was in contact with Jenny in customer service she said to email a photo showing the label with the wrong size. I have sent the pictures several times at the email address that she gave me. she also stated that i would get a response within 24 hours it been almost 2 months I have tried like 8 times to reach someone to get this taken care of.
To night I get Jenny on line after all this time and than she leave me hanging never got back on line after she got my message if she could pull my account up she asked if I wanted a newsletter. I said NO. than I never heard from her again totally just left me hanging line for like 20 minutes than I have to leave the line to sign back in to contact CS and this is what I get every time. Unfortunately, our team is currently unavailable. However, complete the form below to leave a message with us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. These is my 3rd email to Customer service and still no acknowledgment what a terrible way to run a business
