I did want to give them an extra star but one of my shirts arrived ripped which is going to be really difficult to repair. They're cheap clothes for a reason; really low quality stuff material and stitching. But they're trendy and will look decent on so long as you have a body with normal/common measurements. I have strange measurements so most of the clothes looked bad on me. That's not their fault, but its something to bear in mind.
They took almost 3 weeks to package my order before shipping it. It arrived 2 weeks after shipping, so at least it's pretty quick once it gets underway.
I'm not going to be shopping there again in a hurry, but the prices are pretty hard to go past, especially when mainstream stores stock clothes that aren't as cute and are double the price.

This website clearly states "30 day unconditional return". As it turns out, the coat I ordered is extremely cheap in quality. Do yourself a favor and review their actual return policy page to see if it's worth your time and energy. It's VERY complicated. I've been emailing back and forth with them for days trying to get their mysteries shipping address that they claim you have to have for returns.

The shipping is from Shanghai, China. More complicated than I ever imagined. HUGE REGRETS!

I see a lot of negative reviews for Oasap, and let me just clarify something: it's coming from China. So when you pick the free shipping option, it's going to take a long time to get to your country! On every listing they provide their shipping options, and next to "Free shipping" it says there is a 5-7 day processing time and will arrive around 25 days after that. If you're going to be cheap with shipping, then you're going to get cheap shipping!

As for the quality, I've never had a problem with Oasap. I've purchased four items from their website and I've always been pretty satisfied, especially since their clothes are always so cheap. And if you're a curvy girl, they have up to XXXL sizes that are made for curves (I'm a 40"-30"-40" and the two dresses I purchased practically felt tailored, it was such a nice fit).

Low quality, took forever to ship and process. Disappointed with most items i received. Complicated and not free return process, so I have to keep the items at the end, as it does not worth all the fuss and price for return shipment to china. No contact number to call. Live Chat does NOT work at all. Some items received are NOT in good condition, such as stains, buttons fell off, etc. tracking details might not updated some of the times.
I still gave them 2 stars, because at least they still responsive to emails and have good customer service. The prices of the items are ok too, however, i would not really recommend, as I got disappointed to most of them.
