Do not shop here unless you know for sure the item will fit, and even then it may not be advisable. Returns have to be shipped back to China! Do you know what that costs? Over $100 for a small package. The customer service suggested I give my $50 items to charity and they would credit my account for $6. Not sure I'm feeling quite satisfied with that solution.

Okay, so I ordered my item on November 29th, and it's already December 25th and still NO sign of my item! I checked the tracking information, but there has been NO update ever since December 3rd. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The shipping takes a LONG time, and I'm VERY anxious because I spent a great deal of money here, thinking that it was good because off all the positive reviews. However, they only got good reviews from the people they sponsored aka the people they PAID to give good reviews. I am GREATLY disappointed and never shopping here again.

Alright, so I suppose Oasap has been screwing themselves over with the packages since I purchased literally four items (if that even makes a difference) on november 25th and now it's December 24th. Honestly I didn't expect much of a problem since there were so many good reviews on this website on youtube and popular youtubers reviewing the products. I contacted them from their website twice already or even three times and no response. I hope Oasap decides to work out the packages and everything, most likely is very hectic but I ordered an item from China and got it in two days. What's the deal?

I ordered a gift for Christmas. No one is getting back to me and I have no idea where the product is. They gave me a USPS tracking number however USPS has no number on file.

This Website is a scam dont shop here. My friends order several things from here including a bit of make up. They sent of the make up but i took serveral months and they did not sent over the clothes. DONT SHOP HERE EVER

So I ordered from here thinking I was getting a really good deal, but I was really wrong. I placed my order on 12/1/14 and it is now 12/17! I have ordered from other websites that have shipped from out of the states and have still not have had to wait this long for my package. Also the tracking for this website is bull$#*! (excuse my language). They might as well not give you a tracking number since its not updated! The tracking on my package has not been updated since 12/5. Do not shop here.

I will NEVER order anything from this site again. I ordered an outfit for Christmas on Dec 5th. It is NOW Dec 16th, and it STILL NOT LEFT CHINA. Oh its in stock... they just are not doing anything about it. They have also NOT updated the tracking info since Dec. 9th. I went to chat with customer service about it and was told "we will update the tracking info soon, don't worry". YEAH, GREAT. Buy American people. This is ridiculous.

You have no idea how much you have just crushed my 13 years daughter. She was very nervous about wearing a dress. She has not been to a dressy event. Tonight she was invited to a dinner and was excited to dress up. She is a self conscience young girl who has not worn a dress in two years. She was telling everyone about this dress she ordered from you and was so excited to wear it. It was the only dress was the one she wanted after hours of shopping. When we order the dress it clearly stated on the website express shipping that cost a lot extra would get us the dress in 3 - 6 business days. Today is the 6th business day since we ordered it! You have not even shipped it?! You lied to us? Why? You have cruelly teased my daughter, with hopes and promises her dress would be here today.
Unless you can make this right, which I have little hopes you will even care. We will no longer shop with you. We will also spread the word you are not a trustworthy website to do business with.

DO NOT trust this doggy online clothing shop from China.

I ordered total worth of clothing for my daughter for over Australian dollars $200 thinking that the clothing were NOT from China, but they were.

Their clothing quality is bad. I could buy better quality clothing in Australia with the same price and one can tries them on and returns easily.

When I tried to return A$120 worth of clothing to them, they asked me to donate to friends and they would give me A$10. When I told them I would alter them and keep them if they gave me 1/2 money that I paid (i. E. A$60 yet I paid A$120), they offered to give me A$20.

The size of the clothing were China size. One dress which was size small was so tight that my daughter who normally wears size small could hardly put it on.

Their shorts were so wide at the legs area and they were like a mini skirt widely open when one sits down in it.

Their Tank-Top were so low at the neck line and the print on the Tank-Top were not clear and of so poor and cheap quality.

They also asked me to pay the postage fees if I decide to return.

I do not know where all of those excellent ratings come from. I'm a very experienced net shopper and I do not understand how some people here praising the quality of their clothing! I made total of two orders on Oasap. The first order was in spring, and I only ordered 4 items. It arrived in about 3 weeks and I could only use 2 of them (the fit is poor and quality is cheap). Now 2 month ago I made a horrible mistake by giving it another go and ordered 6 fall/winter items (there are sooo many good reviews online). I placed my order on September 27th and it arrived on November 11th! All clothing is very Chinese in sizing, so on my average European body type (171cm, 58kg) everything looks cropped and the sleeves are too short. One item was defected (instead of cardigan I received a very poorly made sweater of the cheapest acryl fabric) and I gave 36USD for it (for this price a can buy a decent looking cardigan in Denmark). And to top everything up, when I contacted the customer service live chat they answered that I must pay for returning shipment myself and quickly left the chat and blocked me from being able to live chat with them, so I only have possibility to leave them a message, they didn't even answer my question on how do I return! I recommend people to think twice before ordering from OASAP, cause at the end you do not safe any money even if you bought something much cheaper, trust me it's very visible in the quality (cheap made, cheap fabric).

Oasap is the best site for every women. That is my favourite online store. Everything I need, dress, shirt, jumper, boots, bags, I can find on Oasap. They have great choice, new arrivals. For customers they give special cupons and sales. Service is something that I like the most. When I order some items they answer on every question I have. I am very happy because Oasap excist. I have order for them and i will have in future. My experience is good in all ways, I dont have any problem with priece, order, track number, shipping. Big like for site Oasap.

I really like Oasap. They always have sales and you can find a lot of cute clothes and accessories. The items have good quality. I like the fact that you can see customer pictures on products. This is really helpful.

I have order from oasap twice. I am highly satisfied with material and service. I will recommend it. I love the fact that they provide easy and quick delivery. Stuff on their sites are so cool and new.
