I had a good experience in terms of options and prices however, there were some delays in items shipment.

Delivery should be more faster. Overall very good experience

I have found NZ sale great. I enjoy the option of some super sales and the free shipping on most items for the nest hour but it does tempt me to buy more! It would be perfect if I could get the product a bit quicker.

When I find a sale that I am interested in. The process to purchasing is so smooth and quick. And as for the number of sales to pick from. There is usually something that is for me. Returns are easy. But I have only has to do this once

Order a lot from this website. They have great products at amazing prices and their outlet shops are amazing. However some orders take a very long time to arrive but they're always in good shape and quality when they arrive. NZsale is definitely my favourite online store and I would highly recommend it

Good shopping experience with Nzsale would be even better to have more physical shops around central Auckland

Shopping with NZ sale is ridiculously easy, I like that I can shop at any time of the day and be guaranteed good bargains on anything I buy. Items usually arrive very quickly, and are of good quality and live up to the expectations seen on the website. I also really like the "track my order" section so I am constantly updated on my order, where it is up to in the processing stage and when I should be able to expect it.

I always look forward to receiving my parcels. Only ONCE has there ever been a mistake made... but it was remedied promptly and my money was refunded.

Mix of awesome and average shopping great range and great sales did have a parcel ho astray help desk sorted in end but communication with the help desk was lengthy but the sales are still tempting and I guess mail does go astray a concern that once leaves NZ sale delivery not guaranteed so would not now be spending large sums on an order that may or may not arrive

I received my goods in good time and they were exactly what was promised. Very happy with the purchases

Shopping internationally from the comfort of my home

I gave 4/5 review to indicate how I am happy about the services since my first purchase in nzsale. The product range has variations and easy to search specific item you've looking for. However there was one product that was not checked before sending the package to me. I can't use it despite the refund.

Amazing deals, Great variety, occasionally lengthy delivery. Sizes could be explained more e.g. a chart with country conversions. Could have more buyers picks or gift for x ideas.

Great site to use just shipping on the slow side sometimes

I have bought a few things from nz sale and they have always turned up on time and easily tracked by courier. When i did have one mistake it was sorted within a couple of days. Great service
