Ordering from NZ sale is very easy and the items available are a great price the only thing that lets NZ sale down is receiving some of the items as shipping seems to take a long time.
I have brought lots off nzsale. Most of the time I receive good quality, authentic bargains but every now and then I have had to wait a LONG time to receive below average goods.
I do recommend nzsale but be wary as there is the odd cheap crap. The old "you get what you pay for" rains true here.
I love the products and the sales on your website. The only thing that bothers me is that it is very unclear as to when things will arrive. You say a certain amount of working days once posted, which is fair, but it could take months for it to arrive in stock. Thus gifts, even when bought a month and a half out from the proper date, arrive late. If you are just ordering for yourself and have the patience of a saint it's no worries. But if you have something special in mind as a gift for someone else or an occasion you're better off buying it at full retail price as who knows when it will actually show up.
No problem is too big or small as the team at NZsale are always there to support you.
Poor communications with customers. When you state an or is going to take 14 -21 days, but takes longer, tell the customer, it's not hard.
Great quality with anything that I have brought, the website is so easy to use, even for me!
I love the way you can track your parcels and how easy it is to return the product if it dosent fit.
I recommend NZ Sale to everyone.

When i click onto nzsale and the specials just keep flooding in it is a treat not to forget. When I go to the mailbox and get my purchases it is a real pleasure and it is also exciting I would like to thank nzsale very miuch
I have over all had great experience with NZ Sale - the only negative is the sizing in different brands not being consistent. Sometimes the products take a long time to arrive.

I have nothing but praise for the services and deals provided by NZSALE. Whether its provided the amazing bargains or handling exchanges, there has never been an issue.
Over 3 weeks and yet to receive item although it is expected to arrive today or tomorrow. Would be happier if I was informed of wait and didnt have to contact to enquire, and then a 2nd contact to follow up on where the item was. Happy with the speed of response from the contact us form on site. Would have given more stars if shipping times were provided or I was informed about unforseen delays.

I order a lot through NZ sale as the sales and prices are hard to say no to! I can always get a bargain with NZ sale and it is always promptly dealt with. I can keep track of my orders through the tracking. Always recieve my orders within the time frame that is set. NZ sale always promtly refunds $ for any orders that are unable to be fulfilled and also if I have ever wished to return something it is always done quickly with no issue. I love NZ sale
From my first purchase NZSALE has provided a flawless service. On delivery everything has been exactly what I expected and more. Thank you.

It has been great shopping with NZ Sale, great bargains for example a 100% wool coat I was looking at $650 here and got it for $158, amazing. The only problem I have had is buying shirts that do not state slim fit when I am not slim! I would recommend this site to everyone,
