They snatch your money as soon as you order and send you a than you e-mail. There is no customer service. The address they use is a pack and ship store in New York, the business owners are registered someplace in Arizona and their web host is in Virginia so if they steal your money good luck getting it back. I'm still waiting for my glasses that were ordered before Thanksgiving. No customer service phone, just e-mail with one person who answers when they feel like it. DONT DO IT!
Please take my advice and avoid ordering from nycoptics.com. I ordered frames from them in January. When I received them in February, they were the wrong size. I was told via email to return them and that my credit card would be refunded. I sent them back and I still have not received my refund and it is now August. This site is a total scam and they flat out stole my money. They truly should be ashamed of themselves. Please do not let yourself get ripped off like I was. Find somewhere else to get your glasses.
