Ordered mixed nuts, apricots, dark chocolate blueberries, dark chocolate cherries, chocolate malt balls and chocolate pecans. The chocolate blueberries are addictive and amazing, the cherries ok. Apricots, nuts and malt balls were excellent. I like snacking and a reorder is in the works, this time will try the pecan turtles and get some more of the blueberries. I order enough so shipping is free.
I saw their ad on TV and tried ordering as it's hard to find good snacks that are low salt, low sugar. Ordered some roasted unsalted walnuts, mixed nuts, almonds... Walnuts were the best I've ever had, juicy and flavorful. Mixed nuts were really good -- not dry like you find with other commercial products. Almonds were just ok -- not as good as the walnuts. I later tried their energy squares and these were delicious, just sweet enough, and pleasant flavor. The package arrived pretty fast after ordering and the bags contain a pretty sizable quantity of nuts -- which should last a while except they get eaten fast. I really like the whimsical cartoons on the packaging too. Will return to try other things.
My father-in-law loves the mini dark chocolate Graham crackers sold on Nuts.com and eats them every night. I bought them from here as a Christmas gift. However, I bought the chocolate fudge with nuts and it wasn't good. I wouldn't buy it again.
Paradoxically, this is not a good source for nuts. I tried just nuts and some chocolate covered nuts. The nuts are stale and definitely not tasty. However, their candy has some very good choices, especially dark chocolate covered candies. Dark chocolate malt balls are fantastic.
My order didn't come, they responded to my email very quickly (within a couple hours), and they sent out another that was delivered by the next morning! Everything I ordered was delicious, thank you, will definitely order again!
I made the mistake of ordering several different things from Nuts.com. Their jumbo gourmet buttercrunch has a very thick waxy coating. You'd be far better off buying a heath bar. & Heath is far better. The creme brulee cordials bear no resemblance to creme brulee in taste; the only commonality is sugar.
Spent a fortune for a little box of nuts and they were the worst knots we've ever had. We nuts all the time and it's pretty easy to meet the standard of wholesome decent food but these are just total crap. We will never buy them again. Buyer beware!
My very first order & it did not show up on time... they are using a small time shipper named GHL and guess what... you get what you pay for as order did not arrive on time
Nuts.com made good on a package which had arrived damaged; they gave me credit to buy something of equal value. My purchases were shipped promptly. The quality of their products is excellent.
I ordered some nuts one month ago, they were supposed to be delivered two days later. No updates from nuts.com, a generic reply to my inquiry email a few days ago, and still no updates. Now sitting on hold, 30 minutes so far. Usually have had good service, but I'll never order from them again. Steer clear!
I have no idea of the quality of the candy because I never received my order - the candy was for decorating gingerbread houses and I had to do a mad dash for substitute candy hours before our party began. Customer service was totally unhelpful with trying to resolve this issue and it took 3 DAYS to make contact with them via phone, and they never responded to the 2 emails I sent. Their courier service, OnTrac, is horrendous. Their tracking system is a joke. My order was "stuck" at one of their facilities for 4 days - the facility was 20 mins from my house and I offered to pick up my order but they wouldn't allow it. I'll never ever order from Nuts.com again. The positive reviews on their website were most likely written by people who got something in return for writing the reviews. I tried to write this review on the website, but it wouldn't go thru. One of the worst online order experiences I've ever had. BEWARE!
Just received "Winter Wonderland" box of nuts and when I opened the 3" tall box was surprised to see the 2" of the box was filled with wood shavings. Small bags of nuts and chocolate on the top. Very deceptive advertising! Actually got about $3 worth of nuts and chocolate for $50.00.
Their butterscotch disks do not taste like butterscotch. The first one that I tried had an unpleasant taste, and I spit it out. I tried a second one a few days later, in case the first one was a fluke. The second one tasted the same as the first - objectionable - nothing like butterscotch; I spit it out. They also left a bitter aftertaste in my mouth. I sent a complaining email to their site (they said "we care") and did not receive a response. They have a lot of glowing reviews of this product on their site, but I find it hard to believe that anybody would enjoy these butterscotch disks, especially since I did not see any option on the site for posting a review of the product.
I have purchased my last order from Nuts.com. Why? You ask. Well I will tell you. I just opened a bag of mixed nuts and found spider webs in it. If that wasn't enough to turn a person off of your product you are sick. I have been a good customer until now. Spider webs are not appetizers, and I didn't know spiders liked nuts. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered close to $200 worth of nuts to put into gift baskets. Most of the packages arrived with disgusting black covering them. This does not wipe off and is obviously going to be embarrassing in a gift basket. I contacted customer service and they said that because of their "printing process" it was normal for the bags to arrive in this condition and basically it was too bad. I would not do business with them again.
When I visited the website, I was taunted by the fact that if I ordered something like the chestnuts I did, that it would arrive by Black Friday 11/26 so I placed my order on Tuesday 11/23. Next day I get an email saying my order was delayed until Saturday. Wasn't too much of an issue because I ordered these so that I could enjoy with my family during this holiday period. Saturday came and went, Monday came and went only to receive my shipment on Tuesday 11/30 (trk - **************). I did call them Monday evening, but all they could tell me is that it's arriving Tuesday. Nothing about the fact that the website promised me that it would get there last Friday. Had I received proper information before ordering, I would NOT have placed this order. My chestnuts are here, but I am very disappointed in the way Nuts.com taunts you to order something and NOT care about when the shipment arrives. FedEx to me is the worst shipping company around. I rarely get things on time with them. I didn't pick them, Nuts.com did so they are just as responsible even if shipping was free because I ordered above the trigger point. If you don't care about when you receive your supplies from them, then order away; otherwise, don't trust the dates they PROMISE you.
Products are top notch, and the ingredients are absolutely delicious. One of my favorite things to order is Gorp and the healthy trail mix because I usually can't wait to sink my teeth into one of the best raisins I've ever had in my life! They are so good!
My customer satisfaction with the whole Nuts.com Family is through the roof! I got an email from the Nut King the other day thanking me for my business (way cool), I placed an order yesterday morning and it was delivered in less than 24 hours!

I could have really used you guys back when I was still working at USSOCOM. I was one of those who always had a candy jar on their desk open for all.
