I have ordered several times from Nuts.com, and i am always very pleased. It always comes so quickly (last order in less than 24 hours) and the "nuts" and packaging is done with care. If everything is not perfect, people like Ali will make it perfect. We are nuts about Nuts.com

So…. Buyer beware I bought 2 packages of the " gourmet "fruit slices absolutely disgusting! Everything was all stuck together like a big old glob! Couldn't separate it without taking a sugar bath it really is a mess reached out to company asking where to return this " stuff" (right away) 5 minutes after receiving it) they said they would give me a in store credit for 1 bag? Uh and the other bag? I'm pretty mad cuz they won't even answer now. 21+$ and I'm getting nothing in return they're stuff isn't all that bought 4 different sesame stick flavors all were gross! Except honey sesame ones but I'm not buying another thing from this company and I'm a big order type of person! It seems like a regular thing though cuz I saw people complaining of the same type of problem ( stuff being stuck together in a glob!)

Fedex failed to deliver my package on time and was a day late. Nuts.com apologized and refunded me for the melted item--so I would consider purchasing from them again.

Nowadays it seems difficult to find good quality anything. A friend suggested we try Nuts.com. I am thankful he did. I have ordered various items, some over and over again, and have been impressed by all of them. Great quality, and flavors as I remembered them to be from years ago. I recommend these folks to you while-heartedly!

We have been buying nuts/dried fruits and espresso beans plus sesame sticks for years now, and everything we received has been better than we expected. If your thinking of buying products from Nuts.com trust me it will be the best you have ever had. I am telling you this because this company is one of the best, honest generous, and friendly companies I have ever worked with. TRY IT

Just got my first order ever and I will be back. They were the best tasting candies. The dark chocolate which is my favorite was just right. The Black Cherry fruit slices were decadent. Can't wait to try other things but the dark chocolate will always be top of my list.

We bought organic mixed nuts in 1 pound packages. They were good. However, we decided to go to 25 pound organic mixed nut product.

When the box arrived we weighed it... and it was more than 3 pounds SHORT.

I called the company... and they wanted me to hoist the unwieldy bag back on the scale (a triple beam accurate one) and take a photo of it with the weight AND send it to them. Since we had ordered MANY large 1 pound orders in the past, I informed them that this was ridiculous... and could they please render CUSTOMER SERVICE by shipping us out the shortfall.

After putting me on hold for quite a while... he said they would ship out 3 One pound bags. These turned out to be RANCID and we threw them away. The 22 pounds from the box we had originally was full of nut powder flakes which was disappointing.

They lost us... a good high-volume customer.

This is the first time I've ordered from Nuts.com and it sure won't be my last! I can't believe how Fresh their products are and Very tasty. Not to mention how Well packaged they are. And the prices are Amazing! I can't wait to purchase more! Thank You Nuts.com, for making these Great and Healthy snacks.

Ordered my first order from NUTS.COM.
In that order there was also items with chocolate. Their own shipping policy states that anything with chocolate will arrive in 2 days. Mine has not arrived by day 4 yet. Their own shipping policy also states that if you order before 4 pm eastern time zone they will ship that same day. Mine was ordered before 2:30 pm eastern time zone, and my order was not picked up till the next day.
For these reasons alone, I am only giving them a ONE STAR.

Yesterday was my first order received at my door step. Oh my, I am going NUTS! Wonderful product wonderful service.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Nuts.com. I buy in fairly large quantity to treat a maintenance team from time to time. There's enough variety (sweet, salty, soft, chewy, spicy) that every taste bud is satisfied. Appreciate the single-serve packages throughout COVID. Products have arrived well-labeled, fresh and in fun packaging. During a recent heatwave, the chocolates were solid except for the fudge, which got a little squishy (at 104 in the back of a delivery truck, I'd be squishy, too!). The ice packs really help. Customer service has been excellent. Sorry others have had bad experiences. No complaints here.

I purchase from all sorts of companies and have goodies shipped to family out of state. This one was by far the worst! I had a decent size order which I was having shipped to my Mother for her birthday. They split the order in two... I have no idea why... then they said there were "cooling" packs to keep the products fresh for delivery. The first package was received with chocolate covered pretzels, dried fruit and fruit chew candies as melted as their "cooler" packs. The second shipment was supposed to arrive today and of course it is delayed so I'm sure those chocolate items will be a nice messy disaster once received. So disappointed and what a waste of money! There are a million companies out there that invest in their packing materials so their items arrive in perfect condition, not this one!

I have ordered nuts several times now, and they arrive quickly and are always excellent quality. I will be a returning customer as long as I'm able to keep eating these wonderful nuts.

First of all, until I tried Nuts.com's products, I don't think I've really tasted and enjoyed nuts and dried fruits the way they are supposed to taste. I've always just bought grocery store brands, but recently I went organic vegan, and so I was looking for a better alternative to the usual stuff you find in your local store. I must say, your products are outstanding! The apricots! OMG! The figs! Whoa! The nuts! Taste! The depth of flavor and freshness of your products are just incredible. Thank you so much for proving a great product, awesome customer support, and super fast shipping. Definitely a customer for life. Thank you!

I placed two separate orders from this company-BOTH ORDERS containing chocolate products-because the company claims that they do overnight delivery. Three days passed, NO DELIVERY. Today I received a notice that the products will take at least FOUR DAYS TO DELIVER, even though the company is only ONE STATE AWAY and I ordered BEFORE THE WEEKEND. Damn, it's a good thing that the company CHARGED ME EXTRA to send the food in heat-resistant packaging. I'm betting that when it finally arrives, that everything that is chocolate will be a melted mess... then the company won't refund my money (and their products are EXPENSIVE)!:-(

My order was delivered all melted 3ven though I paid extra for special packaging. 2 of the most expensive items I tried to salvage by putting in the refrigerator however it just made one huge glob and needed to be trashed. Don't buy anything that can melt from this company. I threw about $20 on the garbage. Lesson learned

If you want to order something from nuts.com please make sure you will receive the same product. I ordered the roasted fava beans, but received completely different product. Nuts.com told me: it's correct, just"a slight difference in appearance compared the the photo on the site." And can't write a review on their website.
