Shipping took more than a week longer than estimated and crackers were kind of bland with plain peas not wasabi. Probably my fault for not reading the ingredients carefully. I wanted spicy sweet and this wasn't all that! Also there were more sesame crisps than rice crackers.

I was looking for a specialty candy to send as a gift. Not only did they have it at a competitive price. But they could get it too me without it melting in less than two days! In August. In Georgia. For next to nothing in shipping. Amazing! Customer service is wonderful, the packaging is wonderful, and their product line is wonderful, lol. Highly recommend

I have a great sense of smell and taste and can tell when products, especially nuts are not fresh or rancid. My mother ordered some nuts from nuts.com and I tried them and two bags were rancid so bad I would not even taste, and another two bags hinted at rancidity and when I tried them they were definitely not fresh as I expect from my local store. I called to complain and was treated rudely and denied my allegations. I emailed and was given a similar rude treatment. I suspect they procure old products at a discount, put in fancy bags, and sell for a premium to the unitiated on the freshness and danger of rancid oils in their nuts. I would stay away!

When placing an order 1st time i didn't realize my automatic fill put wrong shipping address. I immediately emailed them and received an email back with in minutes from BRIAN H that he corrected that for me! Can't wait for my delivery and bravo BRIAN H for fixing my mistake so fast!

Where is the Blueberry? Just a bitter tasting coffee. The Butter Pecan has a very faint taste of pecan but at least the coffee was not bitter tasting. The vanilla I would rate as I did the pecan.

I know nuts.com gets good reviews on their site. Their coffee reminds me of an old TV ad that asks "WHERE'S THE BEEF". I would now ask Where's The Taste. Their coffee is not good.

I have to say that these are so delicious and soft that you could just let them melt in your mouth if you wanted to! They are the softest marshmallows ever and the taste is truly incredible! I had such a hard time putting the bag down so I took them back into the kitchen and kept thinking about them so needless to say I did this a few times and end up eating the whole bag within a couple of hours! I just couldn't stop eating them because they were so delicious! Truly! If you love marshmallows or just like them for that matter but like toasted coconut marshmallows more than plain, then seriously you gotta try these! I PROMISE you will not be sorry! The thing that will go through your mind besides how utterly great they are will be, "why didn't I buy more?!". I'm surprised they aren't charging more for these pieces from heaven!

Super impressed with quality and packaging! Was a little worried about ordering because I've never gotten food on line but I will order again and again! This is a great product!

I noticed a commercial one evening highlighting the goodies of Nuts.com and decided to give it a try. Approximately 6 months later, I average a biweekly order and also have items shipped to other family members across the US. With the exception of 1 time when my cashews were a bit stale (I did not return the nuts but made brittle with them... my children loved it!), the items have been fresh tasting. The staff are quick to respond to whatever I communicate with a "nutty" repartee! I will continue to use Nuts.com for my nuts and snacks!

Very disappointed - Trail mixes are mostly cheap peanuts and raisins - not worth the cost. Also two days late on delivery with no updates available.

I ordered a few bags of our favorite candy on Monday, then decided to try the cinnamon chips and the semisweet chips. At checkout I added the "cooler" protection since the "feels like" temp here in Florida has been over 100 for the past several days…. Things were as they should be, all were fine! My order was expected to be delivered on Wednesday, but arrived Tuesday! Amazing! Have recommended this company to my friends….

Do you think you're getting red pistachios but they're the original pistachios dyed red never buy from them again

Very large fresh nuts. However was disappointed in the white chocolate toffee cashews. Too much white chocolate and very slight toffee flavor.

This company provides a quality product, excellent customer service, and will work with you to solve any issue you may have. It all started when I received a gift from a friend: a variety of nuts--fresh, delicious. Then I ordered a special package for my spouse. Nuts.com has gourmet malted milk balls. And unbelievably delicious chocolate covered fruit and nuts. I'm now a dedicated fan. I'm sending all my extended family members Nuts.com goodies for Christmas.

Got my very first order from your company today. Had to get into the Amaretto and Blackberry Brandy chocolate cordials right away. So yummy! The blaxkberry jelly and pumpkin butter is for my mom. I know she'll love her surprises that I ordered for her too. Already putting together my next order…..

I was craving some boiled nuts and I came across Nuts.com... oh boy, best decision I ever made WHEN IT COMES TO NUTS... I boiled it for 1.5hrs and it came out so good. Nuts.com is my go to now for nuts for life. You guys are also inexpensive. No need to buy from any other website guys, just stick with Nuts.com. Thank you, and my taste buds thank you too. I am a happy buyer.

They sent me miss marked items and refused to replace them.

Nice packages gummy's are good ty,! Beanuts and sunflower seeds not fresh they really old I guess we stuck with it we did order too much thought didn't expect the quality this bad! Very disappointed
