I can't remember how I stumbled upon Nuts.com, but over the years, I've come to depend on them not only for hard to find products, but for all of my nut, dried fruit, gluten-free flours, and various powders. They make great GIFTS to keep on hand or to send. I keep packages of their snack packs in my car—so much healthier than bars! And wait until you see the packaging! Enjoy. Eloise
I was a customer of Nuts.com for years. Their products were always fresh with never a soft, old, or rancid nut in the bunch - and they would include a little free product sample with every order! But things have changed in the last year or so. When I started to have a nasty tasting nut in my order, I thought it was a fluke, until it became more and more frequent. With my last order, I had so many soft, rancid nuts (almonds and cashews) that I was afraid to eat them (when almonds go bad, it is not only gross, it is nauseating!). I can no longer recommend buying nuts from nuts.com.
I can't even begin to tell you how satisfied with this company. I first ordered Lemon Drops that are outrageously good, I then ordered the circus peanuts, something my Mother used to buy when I was a kid, they brought back many fond memories, and the shipping is FAST I ordered on Wednesday afternoon, it was here on Thursday morning, After looking at there many products I am thinking I will be ordering a few more things, more than satisfied with this company.
We just received our order of organic dry persimmons. It was very fresh and delicious as always. Thank you so much for your hard work and cute packaging!
I have been a regular customer of Nuts.com for years but after last week's experience with their customer service, I will never order from them again. They act like they are the only online nut company and it is not true.
I made a order which included their special offer and to fit my travel schedule, I requested a shipping date which was 2 days later. However, when I received my order confirmation, the shipping date had been change to 5 days later. When I contacted their customer service requesting the shipment on the original date, they CANCELED my order and told me to reorder! When I tried to reorder their special offer was not available! When I contacted them again, they essentially said "their way or the highway"! I have since found a least expensive supplier of nuts that are just as good!
I bought 5 items from nuts.com, I must say for a Company that brags so much about how tasty and good they are, they sure don't deliver. Some of the old time candy I remember as a kid like fruit slices and sesame crunch were watered down weak versions of the original, and every item but one was stale and had an awful texture. When I contacted the company they said I must have stored the product wrong, funny all the other food kept in the same place is fine. There is no expiration date on anything. My recommendation for those seeking the old time candy try Amazon, I have and everything so far has been fresh.
Ordered five different items at 4:30 in the afternoon, and they were on my doorstep, via FREE DELIVERY by 11:30 the next morning!
Now that's fast service, not to mention some very excellent tasting nuts!

Never rec my 2nd order. So i just gave up.
Customer service sucks. Eventually i just gave up and went to amazon.
I ordered 1lb of black peppercorns. While the product price was good, the cheapest cost of shipping offered was FED-X 3-day for $6.99, which brought the total cost to $19. I am in no rush to use 1lb of black pepper. Makes the total price of the product, no so great.
Have used Nuts.com for years buying their pickling spice which is excellent. There was a computer glitch on their end tonight when I ordered a 1lb bag and had to log out before I could pay. Logged back in ordered my 1lb bag and checked out but forgot to notice they charged me for 2. Got my email confirmation and called their 800# got put through immediately to a live intelligent CSR. Credited me the 1lb error on the second bag and I was done. 5 minutes max start to finish the way a company should handle these issues and a company you want to do business with.
Delivery was always 9+ days. My daughter who lives 10 miles from me would order and her delivery came in 3 days! So disappointed in their products. Some of the packages tasted old when you opened them. Will never order again from this company. Easier to go to WINCO and buy bulk items instead.
These things are awsome. But way to many almonds an only 3 brazil nut an maybe 10 pecans that should change. But boy they are good. Thanks
I ordered 12 lbs of dates to make a raw vegan cake. The website didn't list them as steamed or pasteurized so I figured they were raw which is what I wanted. Just err on the side of caution I called the company before the product shipped to confirm... They didn't have an answer.,. Or so they claimed. They didn't get back to me at all via phone or email. I had to reach out via Facebook and still no answer. Finally I called again and was told they need more time to hear from the vendor. They said they would reply by evening but never did so I called again the next day. The phone rep said they were steamed after all and that they would requisition the order from FedEx to be shipped back but refused to refund me until they got the product back even though I never had it in my possession and it's their fault for taking so many days to give me an answer that I had to pull out of them. I called FedEx and it turns out they never contacted them to send back the package so I had to request FedEx to do it. Today I get a message from nuts.com via Facebook who said they ether didn't have that info or that it was proprietary and they don't comment the info on whether their products are steamed or not. Basically they were too lazy, liars, and didn't want to give me the info because they're a shady unethical company that isn't transparent about their product... because that would probably result in people like me not buying their product. This way they can trick raw foodists (who mainly get calories from nuts and dates and order them by the case regularly) who might not think to look deeper into this and would assume their products are raw. Nuts.com even has a section on raw foodism and why people do it making me think they actually might care. They don't. They're out to make a buck and they don't care at all about their customers needs. Their whole silly jingle and claims that they provide good customer service are just a smoke screen for the truth. That they don't care at all. Don't do business with this company. The will steal your money and give you sub par products and purposely lie about it.

Last shipment I got was pretty disappointing. Seeds were stale, old and leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Nuts.com is one of those WOW! Outfits that you just love doing business with. I had a really small first order and I was treated as though I were some kind of royalty. Y'know, just the box was worth the price of my order! Cracked me up no end. I'm sold! Nuts about Nuts. Now if I could only decide what to order next...
I love dark chocolate, and visited Nuts.com when found an ad on Facebook. Omg! There are so many things to chose from. I found two items I never've seen in stores, and placed an order. Nice surprise: the package arrived lightning fast, and I couldn't be happier with the items I bought. Thank you Nuts.com, I am nuts about you!
