I have purchased many times in the past the 18 lbs snowwhite pumpkin seeds, always received them in 3 5LB, a 2LB and 1LB vaccume sealed package.
Last one i ordered a month ago ariveds in a plastic bag (all 18 LB in one bag), that is not sealed, the seeds are chewy and not crisp as it was in the past, the seeds themselves also taste old, quality is not the same anymore.

Ordered because I was assured it would arrive on thursdaywith either 1 day before or 1 day after window. I was okay with that. Here it is Friday-the day after and trackingshows it will not arrive til Monday. It is a school so it is closed for 2 weeks. BUYER BEWARE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THIS PERSON WONT GET THEIR XMAS GIFT TIL JANUARY 2021.

I have purchased product from nuts.com for over a year now and our relationship just ended. None of their products have expiration dates and several times the items have been stale. I finally contacted customer service and they response was stale as well. I will move on. Sorry it took me so long.

Bought it, an it is tasted like too much sand in mouth, they dont wash before drying and melting powder. Terrible! Plus its has dangerous chemical cadmium and lead

This is a first class company! My orders, including gift orders, have been fulfilled with 100% satisfaction. Great variety of nuts, dried fruit, jams, gifts, etc. The only place I can get organic crystalized ginger with no sulfur dioxide or other preservatives. Great variety of organic products, which is a plus in my book; no preservative or junk additives. Shipping is prompt even during holiday period. This one is a keeper.

They sold me a product claiming it was gluten-free and it wasn't. When it came I was so happy I ate some before I read the label and realized it had wheat and soy in it! That's far from gluten-free!

I ordered for the first time 11/25/2020 and received my Brazil nuts 11/30/2020. I felt the delivery time was excellent being Thanksgiving Day was 11/26. When the Brazil nuts arrived, they were very fresh and very good! This will not be the last time I order from Nuts.Com

I purchased whole wheat flour from Nuts.com that was extremely coarse and over 30% bran by weight. I had to sift it to use it. It was barely ground.

Seriously the BEST company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I ordered some micro marshmallows from them yesterday at 2pm. It was delivered to my door the next day by 2pm. I have never had anything delivered that quickly! It was the fastest, easiest shopping I have ever done, and the bags were bigger than I was expecting which a plus for me! They have a new customer for life!

Brought the lemon cookies that were so hard I had to microwave to soften up before eating. The popcorn was suppose to be carmel and cheddar mixed but was basically all carmel with very little cheddar. The chocolate cover pretzels were the hardest Ive ever had. They were hard and stuck together. Will not buy from nuts.com ever again.
