I hadn't ordered from Nuts.com before but being a big nut lover and something of a nut myself I had to try them. I ordered the White Chocolate Toffee Cashews, and I have to say they are as delicious (maybe moreso) than I'd hoped. We eat a lot of candied nuts and roasted nuts in my household, so we'll definitely be ordering from them again soon. So glad I went ahead and indulged my sweet tooth!
I discovered Nuts.com in 2015 while living off-grid and 50 road-miles from the nearest grocery store. UPS delivered to my location. I have always enjoyed great service, great customer service, fantastic products with a wider selection that I could find in grocery stores. I have moved 4 times since 2015. Still using Nuts.com. Most of the time, the orders arrive before the date suggested in the order-on-its-way notification. Very happy to support them and be supported by them.

They have pretty despicable treatment of our service members and others serving overseas. They provide free shipping to the US but for APO/DPO address (same cost as shipping to the US hub - Chicago/Baltimore/NY/etc...) they charge excessive prices for no reason. When asked about this practice they can provide no explanation of the service fee. Extremely disappointing.
Just got my first order and I'm hooked! Love the packaging. Fast delivery. Everything is fresh and yummy. I split my $70 order and sent one item to a different state... didn't pay a dime for shipping. I will definitely order again. These people are nuts!
I ordered 41.00 dollars worth of nuts and seeds. Very happy to receive my order 2 days later with free shipping. Unfortunately the nuts were stail. In doing so I received a $41 credit and did not have to return anything tonight I reordered different items hoping I will be happy this time we'll see. I am wondering if my order is bad again if I can receive a full credit on my credit card for the entire amount. I will be back to let you know thank you Steve.
Came quickly and tastes delicious. Wish the nuts had a little salt on them. This would have satisfied my taste.
I purchased 5 pounds of "lightly salted" cashews from this company and the bag I received was a mixture of fresh, rancid and broken nuts imported from various countries around the world. I contacted "Nuts.com" customer service and told them the cashews were inedible and was told by the customer service representative I would receive a refund and to toss the nuts in the garbage which I did. When no refund was issued to my AMEX card I contacted the company again was told I would only receive a "store credit". I told the representative there was nothing I desired to to order from the store after my experience with the "bad" cashews and I was still not issued a refund. I called AMEX disputing the charge and was given a credit by AMEX. AMEX then contacted the company and after 30 daysI was told that I was at fault for the transaction (at fault for what?) and AMEX reversed the original credit to me. However, I have reopened the dispute. How can "Nuts.com" give me store credit and force me to buy something from their website which I don't want? Why do they have the right to keep my money when I don't want to do any further business with them? The following is the company's present policy: "With safety as our top priority for our employees and our customers, we are suspending all returns and refunds at this time." So what does that mean? The customer is left between a "rock and a hard place". What is even more surprising is AMEX siding with "Nuts.com" and allowing them to hold my money hostage. I consider this plain theft and I am not going to concede this battle until I get the refund I am entitled to. I want my money so I can order from a company which has a better product and has a more responsive and responsible customer service.
I buy a lot from this company. Everything is so tasty and fresh. If I get chocolate, they take the time to make sure a cold pack is with it. Love all their cashew nuts, they are so big, salted just right and very tasty.
Okay so this was the first time I've ordered from Nuts.com, and lord knows it won't be the last. The sesame sticks are so fresh, I practically finished the bag, the assorted nuts OMG! They were great, I know reviews can sometimes be misleading but I promise you, you will not be disappointed, I am now in love with Nuts.com.
They sent the wrong item 4 times in a row. When I complained they complained about my complaining. The head of their customer service called me and told me that I should act with better decorum. I was upset when I wrote them the fourth time after I had been advised they would not make this mistake again. But I stayed within the lines of civility. * wrote to me like she was talking to a small child. I will never do business with them again and I strongly suggest you do not.

Claim Free Shipping but scathe you on Sales tax... In the state of WA NO tax on food... Have received food from QVC, HSN, w/ NO sales tax on food items. Why do you think you can rip us off on that? Will Never order from you people again!

Nuts emailed me to say-we are gonna cancel your order cause we think youre a liar(or some lawyer speak) unless you reply.

They canceled the order.
I RE-ordered thinking they were idiots and the robots hate life.
NOPE.
Same story, second verse.
Email from CS.
Replied immediately.
No response.
Canceled.
FRIDIOTS.
Why the $#%^&* would you have options to enter different shipping and billing if you refuse to accept that its POSSIBLE to have different shipping and billing.
And why would EVERY online retailer in the last 20 years be able to get past that idea and send me the stuff I order, on time, with zero questions?

I was very impressed in the beginning with the ordering and delivery, but not no more, I'm finished with Nuts, after almost a week and a half and have not received my items.
I actually like the products from this company. They're fresh unlike a lot of other companies. The one thing I hate is the Shipping prices and they definitely dont have enough discounted items. Another bad practice... They offered free shipping on a total amount... you meet that amount BUT if youre shipping to two different locations... the deals Off the table. Thats crappy because my total had already met the minimum for the deal regardless. Other words False Advertising on their part.
My boyfriend and I kept seeing their commercials... well. Long story, short... we ordered to try them out. So fresh, well packed with super cute packaging, right down to initial box products came in, and came less than 24 hours from order! Just placed another order today. Highly recommend! They make you feel like you are their friend! Cute email follow ups... simply love!
Received chocolate covered pistachios as a birthday gift. Delicious. The packing was very good. Would recommend this company.
I ordered from you last year and received my order fairly quickly. I don't remember having any issues with the shipping. I do remember, however, that most of the nuts in the order were stale. The dark chocolate covered almonds were delicious. If they were stale, it was covered by all the chocolate. The dried fruit was also delicious.The rest of the order that involved nuts, was stale. Because of that, I will not be ordering from you again nor will I recommend you to any of my friends. There is no malice in what I am saying, only truth. I don't remember my order number and am not looking for recompense. I just thought you should know. Thank you very much, from a former customer,
