I bought a five pound bag of Raw Spanish Peants from Nuts.com. After two months I found tiny, LIVE, black bugs in the bag. Since my product was more than a month old, I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted to warn the company they might have a problem
I bought a second five pound bag from them. I poured the contents into a sealable plastic container to prevent any bug infestation on my part. Two months later I found more live black bugs.
I called the company again to try to warn them of a possible problem.
I keep getting emails from Brian telling me he can't refund my purchase price. "I'm NOT asking for a refund, I'm try to ask you to check their production line!"

Package arrived as a blob of melted crap. Don't waste your money. They ship with not protection for heat or even shock damage. ZERO PACKING!
OMG Nuts.com is still charging their rediculous. 98 surcharge on EVERY order?!?!?! Give it up already! Stop your corporate greed. Gas prices are down significantly, they already raised product prices to cover inflation!
I placed two orders with this company on Thursday. They are located just over 200 miles or just over 3 hours from my house. They promised the delivery on Friday. The order was to be used as gifts at a family reunion. When they hadn't arrived on Sunday, I checked the status. They hadn't been picked from nuts.com. I wrote an email to them, stating why I needed them quickly. No response ever except one initial email the first day. "Allow an additional 1-2 days." Um, hello? It's now 4 days. Need help with math? I responded with, "Not helpful. No packages today either. 202 miles away, 3 hours 23 minutes away and it takes more than 4 days to get to me? I've ordered from you for years now and was always satisfied. There is no reasonable way this should ever happen. I'm going to ask for a refund so I can order from wegotnuts.com or mountain man. I'll await your cancelation reply before I order. I'm so sorry."
No response.
By the next day I sent a message, "And now, no response and no packages."
No response.
When I got home at 7pm, the package was on our porch. Upon opening, all of the ice packs were water packs. Guess what happens to ice packs sitting in a warehouse for 4 days and chocolate setting on a porch in early September? I never got an apology, partial refund. Future credit or another communication from them. I've used them for years with only two minor problems before. They used to be a small family company. Apparently the company is now WAY larger than the family. I will never order from them again.
I was happy first time ordered (chose a plan where it's auto sent each week). First order came on time and was excellent. Next time order was late by days, but company did reorder and send out finally received, I was also given credit. Well unfortunately the deliveries kept coming late and I run a rehabilitation so I cannot afford for the orders to be late… After trying to get them to deliver on time and also talking with them about being overcharged (discount is supposed to be applied to every week purchase bc of autopsy and amount ordered) I was not given discount ever. I was told that the amount would be refunded and that they would have someone reach out (supervisor etc) so we can address the late delivery (as I pay for the shipping I get etc). No such call, won't respond to emails regarding the fact I NEVER received refund for Oder nor the overcharged amount. I have tried to call each time they tell me someone will reach out never happens. I would NOT recommend this company. To be honest most of the peanuts are broken super dark, and many empty..
I am so surprised to see negative reviews. I have ordered about 4 times this past year. Never a problem and the nuts and dried fruits always superior. One issue: Shipping should be free
My chocolate bean and malt chocolate delivery are three days late (ordered on Friday, and was supposed to arrive on Sunday but I received it on Wednesday instead. I ordered a cooling package too, but of course, it is of no use for such a long time. These chocolate are all melted into a bulk chunk now. I know it is probably not their fault, but be aware if you are order something similar.
IN JULY I WROTE A NEGATIVE, BUT TRUEFUL REVIEW, OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS I RECEIVED FROM NUTS.COM. I ADVISED BUYERS TO SHOP ELSEWHERE IF THEY WANTED TO KEEP THEIR SANITY AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF THERE HAS BECOME USELESS. I RECENTLY HAD A SITUATION WHERE I NEEDED TO GET NUTS IN A HURRY AND SINCE WE LIVE ONLY 20 MINUTES AWAY FROM NUTS.COM, MY WIFE CONVINCED ME TO TRY THEM AGAIN. BIG, BIG, MISTAKE. NUTS WERE SHIPPED BY A FLY-BY-NIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE THAT NUTS.COM CHOSE AND OF COURSE THE NUTS ARRIVED 2 DAYS TOO LATE FOR MY NEEDS. DURING THE COURSE OF THE DELIVERY I CONTACTED NUTS.COM TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND OF COURSE I GOT THE SAME OLD BULL$#*! FROM THEM. FROM NOW ON I WILL LISTEN TO MY OWN ADVICE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. EVEN AMAZON IS BETTER. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE (TWICE) THAT I DID. SEND YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT RESPECTS ITS CUSTOMERS.
Their site says they will never spam and they hate spam. Yet they do that. When they were asked to delete the account, they responded by an opt-out link and unsubscribe link which I was already unsubscribed. Don't trust them.
Nuts.com is my go to for stocking up on snacks and other pantry staples! Everything tastes amazing but my favorite are the chocolate pecan clusters, dried mango and the matcha tea powder! I called their support team to inquire on a few items I had questions about and the team was beyond helpful and super friendly. Would 1000/10 recommend!
I just received my first order from nuts.com. The Supreme Roasted Cashews are outstanding - maybe the best I've ever tasted: they're fresh and very crunchy. The Almond Bark (milk chocolate) is delicious as is the dried fruit I ordered (apricots and pineapple). The box used for shipping is hilarious - something I've never seen before. I highly recommend this company, and I'll definitely be back for more!
They have the best Organic Dried Mangos. I've bought dried mangos from other well known retailers but Nuts.com has the best tasting ones. A lot of the others will have bruised or soured mangos mixed in but I've never had that issue with Nuts.com.
GOT MY FIRST ORDER OF MULTIPLE ITEMS TODAY. BOX WAS DRIPPING WET FROM MELTED ICE. LABELS WERE PEELING OF BAGS. TEMP HERE TODAY WAS 67 DEGREES, NOT VERY HOT. CHAT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NON PRODUCTIVE. SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON DIFFERENT PACKING FOR NEXT YEAR. I SAID I DON'T THINK I'LL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THE BOX WAS DRIPPING WET AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT I COULD ORDER NUTS BUT SHOULDN'T ORDER CANDY (MALTED MILK BALLS). PRETTY ARROGANT.
I recently purchased whole wheat couscous from Nuts.com only because I had a $41.00 credit. I purchased $36 worth of couscous but I was told that I needed to pay $1.00 for the order, and that the rest of my credit would disappear. I told the rep that I thought this was ridiculous not to keep the rest of the credit in my account. To that she responded: Ok, then I will just cancel your order. She was rude and did not explain properly the procedure. Moreover, her accent made it virtually impossible to understand. What a scam! One thing is sure is that I will never buy anything from them ever again!
I buy on the regular recently from nuts.com and I like their product. But the fact that I paused my auto delivery and they charged and shipped it anyway even though I wrote them about the mistake and was very understanding in my email to them and the response I got was nothing short of "we now cancelled the next auto delivery, thank you" I thought this was a family run business and that at the very least they would acknowledge their mistake, apologies and move on. DO BETTER!
This is my second order from Nuts.com. I'm truly impressed with their products, prices and service. I will recommended to all my family and friends and will continue to purchase my products from Nuts.com.

I ordered a nut tray online to send as a gift. From the moment I placed the order, it was nothing but problems. My credit card was charged immediately, yet I got an email stating my order could not be shipped (then why did nuts.com charge my card)! I had to call the useless customer service 800#. The agent had me on hold for 15 minutes and wanted me to wait longer. I said I can't wait any longer, said cancel my order and refund me. I didn't get an email stating the order was canceled. I then called the 908 area code number in NJ, which was another "remote" agent. Due to nuts.com's ineffectual customer service, I canceled my order a second time. Neither agent made any attempt for customer satisfaction after my time was wasted over a simple order. However, the nuts.com website states 100% customer satisfaction. I will never consider buying anything from this company ever again. I was a first-time buyer, and the company failed miserably. There isn't a supervisor or anyone higher up to make a complaint about their low-on-the-ladder customer service agents working remotely, and who don't care one bit that a new customer was a canceled customer.
Truly delicious - almost too many options to choose from, but something for everyone! I purchase many gifts using Nuts.com and love how fun and bright the packaging is, and you can always count on freshness and a little laugh when your package arrives.
