This company steals the photo art from photographers - without giving credit. They are in breach of copyright laws. When notified, they don't respond, forcing photographers to spend energy and funds to pursue legal action. They are not an honest company - making money off of other people's work.

Lines and numbers are not visible. Trying to get my money back. I even tried using a magnifying glass.
Some bigger slaves are visible but the smaller places are not.

Shame on me for believing that the product I would receive would be the product that was advertised, at such a great price. I ordered three kits and I am including photos of one of them. The quality of the one that I am showing is also representative of the quality for the other two.

As you can see the image advertised online is high quality, high detail/resolution and gorgeous. The picture that I got to paint looks like a watered down photocopy of this picture with no intricate detail whatsoever, like all the illustration is almost deconstructed. I've included close-ups of alice, the rabbit, and Tweedledee and Tweedledum. With how they look in the picture that was advertised online versus what they look like in the image that accompanied the paint by number kit as well as what they actually look like on the canvas. It's ridiculous.

In some cases it's hard to even make out what the shape is supposed to represent. It's an absolute disgrace. It's false advertising and it's bait and switch. I'm going to leave this review on their website but I have no doubt somebody will take it down so I do intend on leaving this review on every other site I can find to review numeralpaint.com.

Do NOT make the same mistake that I did. Find a higher quality paint by number retailer!

And to numeralpaint.com: either make the product you sell match the listing or make the listing match the product that you sell. It's called truth in advertising, take a lesson in it.

I didn't get my order and after calling them I can see I never will. The person who answered the phone at home seemed shifty and told me to check tracking link within 24 hrs. Makes no sense how he would know that the shipping company would do that after not updating for almost 2 weeks. And the link shows a vague China to US track...literally the two countries. These tiny 2 countries smh I disputed charge with bank. Moving on with my life you live and learn.

Awesome service, delivery timing, customer support and the most important thing; the quality of the kits. I have purchased two items both of them are amazingly stunning.

I picked the painting Cape Cod Beach because it looks so much like the state of Delaware from Rehoboth Beach to Fenwick Island, nothing but compliments. Another painting is on its way.

Where to begin? Ordering. Charged card immediately. Waiting for shipment… they said the order was "complete", when I had not received product. Tracking number… wrong. Delivery of product (if in fact it was my order), sent to HONOLULU, HAWAII! I'm in Maryland. Customer Service… non working contact phone number and will not reply to my emails but to tell me to give it 30 days! I can already see via tracking and my account number that whatever package was delivered to Hawaii and on their site, my order is "completed". I am hopping mad. However, I will make it my personal mission to shut this business down. Watch. I am seeking a class action lawsuit. Dissatisfied customers… pay attention. We'll get our money back, and then some.

This company is selling two images of my father, an established artist, without ever contacting him for licensing them. Please do not support these thieves.

I ordered two framed canvases, extra brushes and a magnifying light in mid December. I didn't receive my paintings until the end of January. The magnifier cost $27 and was plastic! Didn't even work. Contacted them for refund. They would only replace. Fine. Took another month for replacement. Guess why? Everything is from China! So cheap! The paint doesn't cover the numbers in the canvas. I paid over $140 on this junk.

I highly recommend using MASTERPIECE BY NUMBER. I bought from them previously and had no problems. I only changed companies for the variety in subject matter. IM GOING BACK TO MASTERPIECE BY NUMBER.
I suggest you save your money and don't waste it on this company.

Paint dried up before I could finish the painting. Tried to order more paint by email and they kept saying they emailed me an invoice but it never came through. Very disappointing

I ordered one of these kits for my mom for Christmas last year. She was already working on one, and then did another for a friend before finally opening this one. Every. Single. Paint. Was dry. I'm no expert, but if you seal paint correctly it doesn't dry. Simple as that, I have plenty of cheap paints that last YEARS without problem, this paint is cheap and the packaging is even cheaper. On top of that, the paints are not labeled, and the customer is expected to label themselves, not a big deal except that the stickers provided do not stick. On top of this, we looked at the packaging for an email to ask for new paints and it simply says "thanks for ordering from (large blank space)! For comments and questions you can email at (large blank space)!" I had emailed them during shipping because it took MUCH longer than anticipated, so I returned to that and explained my situation. I'm in an email chain where I was told I would have to repurchase the entire kit or "look at a local craft store" for matching paints. I called and was told I would receive an $8 invoice to purchase the paints themselves. Never received this invoice (even after confirming my email), so I called again and was told yet again that I would receive an invoice and that it was "so strange that I didn't get it the first time". At this point I am just appalled at how detached and unhelpful this entire company is, and on top of that I'm embarrassed to have ever trusted them with my information or money. They are an active scam that will do anything for more money. Rant over DO NOT ORDER FEOM THEM the paint by numbers at Michael's are much better

This has been the worst place to deal with. The paint dried out before I could finish the picture. I have been trying for over a month to purchase more paint. The phone number gets you no where. The emails they take forever to get back to you. They tell me they have sent me a copy of the invoice for me to pay but I never get that email. I get all the other emails they send me. Asked me for a different one cause there must me a problem with my email. Nope never got any email to that address either

They got the address wrong twice! I had sent them the correct address 3 times. I paid two shipping fees and the original purchase and I get nothing. What a rip-off. I've given them a chance to make it right and I'll delete this review if they do. I'd add an image but I have nothing to photograph. Nothing... I've been waiting 3 months.

I just received my painting today and it's lovely, I can't wait to start it.

Evreything was great and the customer service is the best

Today i received my package in my mailbox and am really pleased with it, anyone who wants best quality you must choose these guys.
