How many days does it take to ship during the pandemic my kids christmas present still hasn't gotten here and she really wants it

It took 21 days. They are shipped from China. Arrived in good condition and you can tract the package.

I just submitted a review. Terrible service.
I placed my order December 2,2020 and it has still not arrived (today's date is January 9th, 2021)
