I gave my mother in law a paint by number that i bought from numeralpaint and she really loved it.

I recommend this company to everyone because they has the best quality and best customer service.

Good quality product with great customer service…. I really enjoyed painting my baby Jasper Will definitely be purchasing from them again soon!

The artwork is stolen from small creators and used without their permission. They never receive any of the profits. So keep in mind if you buy from this business, you are hurting small, struggling creators. Please buy directly from artists instead.

I ordered on Dec 1,2021 for a Xmas gift and today is Dec 27,2022 and it is still not here. Now that is see reviews I guess I will not receive until The end of Jan if then and apparently they don't give refunds. Buyer beware! I should have read the reviews! My niece didn't receive her Xmas gift

Company claimed they didn't receive my images, though website confirmed they did. I received one email (and no text - even though it was text they used to confirm my order) that went to junk asking me to upload my images in email. I called customer service and they told me I'd be charged $5 per order (I had 2) for cancelling. I was told I had to respond to the email message they sent either with the images or to cancel. I found the single email in junk and was responding to upload the images again, when I receive a text that my orders were cancelled. This company got $10 for NOTHING. Total SCAM.

OK. They do not include an actual PICTURE of the finished painting and it is very difficult to print it off the site--like impossible. It's nice to see what it will look like as you are painting--other sites provide this.

The website makes it very hard to find something specific because the categories are so general--you could search for hours for one canvas--that's the idea!

I haven't started painting yet, so not sure of the paint quality. The brushes are throwaways--do yourself a favor and buy professional ones--they are not that expensive.

I am happy with the canvas, arrived in good order. It would be easy for them to fix the irritations and make the experience a lot more enjoyable. All in All--not again.

Items were well presented on the website when delivered there was no packaging and the product was rubbish - they are not cheap purchased as a gift so bad I had to buy my wife another gift too embarrassed to give them AVOID

Three weeks to make it to Atlanta before " transferring to USPS who say they have been awaiting arrival for 10 working days. I tried calling the customer service phone number of Numeral Paint and they either disconnect without answering or the phone rings for five minutes

Edit - four days after initial review the package turned up. The canvas is of good quality. The downside is they only supply a minimum amount of the paint, if you are not careful you may run out. The paint is also very fast drying and requires thinning. I would trate the paint quality as a 4 on a scale of 1 - 10. Brushes are typical of this type of kit, in other words functional but don't expect them to last

Total time from order to doorstep was 33 days which included Thanksgiving weekend. A large part of the delay was the USPS which managed to lose the package. Still I would allow at least 4 - 5 weeks for delivery.

Even though they have a good selection of paintings to choose from I doubt I wll order from them again

When i got it, canvas is all winked and my paint is hard and dry like rock!

I have ordered two paint by number sets from numeral paint now and both were not printed correctly with the correct numbers and the paint was not a match to the diagrams provided with the kits or the picture in the kit. I don't recommend this company.

I am currently disputing this company with my bank after three months of issues. Thanks to the wonderfully awful USPS, my package was 'lost' so after much back and forth they resent me my canvas. Order received today and it was missing the frame that I paid extra for. I am currently disputing with my bank but I do not expect these people to even try to give me a refund.

This order has still not arrived and it has been more than 30 days! After consistent communication, I finally requested a refund and was told that a full refund would not be possible, and they offered a 30% refund (for an item that I never received!) Impossible to track the shipping as there is no contact information on the shipping updates. Unacceptable customer service, and I will not purchase from this site again.

My order arrived damaged. Creases in canvas that would not come out. They said they will not do a return. Took months to come.

Would rate negative stars if I could.

I rarely write reviews because I tend to think most things are good enough, but I felt compelled to in this case because dealing with this company has been an ordeal from the start. First of all, I never actually confirmed my order because I was extremely put off by the three separate pages of ads I had to click through to get to the order confirmation page. I closed the page without confirming the order but I decided to see if they charged me anyways. They had.

I emailed them to cancel within 5-10 minutes of seeing the charge on my card, and they responded saying they would cancel but charge me 5 USD because the artist had been assigned and had begun work. I'm not sure how that's even possible because I sent my initial email 2 minutes before I got a confirmation email for my order. I asked them to clarify their supposed timeline (they never did), and they promised to issue a refund within 7 days.

Not seeing the refund, I emailed again, at which point they notified me that the cancellation was never actually processed and the order was mistakenly shipped instead. They offered a 30% refund and said I could keep the product I technically never even ordered in the first place. They were very polite and prompt by email, but it doesn't excuse what is at best a completely dysfunctional business infrastructure.

Long story short, this company is actually charging me for multiple mistakes on their part and they think they're doing me a favor. I'm disputing the charge directly through my bank since this company very clearly has no idea what it's doing, unless the aim is to literally steal money from would-be customers.

I ordered 4 of their paint by number as they pictures online looked amazing. I received them today, and I received for stamped canvases rolled up with 4 packets of the paints that go with them and a small picture to represent what the finished product should look like. I wasn't disappointed in the time it took to get them, just the overall lack of packaging and the jumbled mess with the packets of paints and horrible brushes. I paid more for them because I thought I was getting a quality product.

I was looking through setting up an order which I added to my basket, before confirming my order I changed my mind and cancelled the transaction. But this company still took my money, even after I cancelled.

I emailed this company minutes after receiving an email to say my order has been placed saying that there was a mistake.

The issues me a refund, fine... but have taken 5USD for the service fee!?

Robbing me of my own money, service fee for what? Sending a bloody email?

Not happy at all with this! I am reviewing on multiple social media platforms so other people are aware.
