First, prices are about double what they are on Amazon.com or at places like Menards. Second, they can't guarantee delivery the way you want it. Mine came USPS, and USPS doesn't ship here so the thing was returned and I HAD TO PAY TO RESHIP. Northline is very corporate-their employees don't seem to think out of the box to satisfy customers. They only watch their bottom line.

Every thing was five star except the material for the cover, Having past experience with this material it last about 19 months and then rips and leaks very badly.

Northline kept me well informed about the status of my order and what I ordered. I didn't need to check on my order since I received regular updates. Merchandise was shipped soon after the order was placed and merchandise was received soon after shipment. I was happy with my experience.
