I have ordered twice from NorthlineExpress and on both occasions I found what I was looking for on their website. The website is well designed and easy to navigate. The ordering process was smooth. Items were well packed and protected and arrived in a reasonble timeframe.

Even though all the items that I ordered showed *in stock, ships in 1-3 business days*, it was over a week until they all shipped. And they came in 4 separate shipments from different places.
Northline Express filled the order with perfection. The item came in and the packaging was pristine and totally undamaged however, the magic heat heat exchanger that was inside after I installed, it found out that the thermal switch was faulty and also the shroud mounts had been broken loose from the heat exchanger. After reading magic he warranty, I decided it would be simpler and quicker for me just to repair the item and use it because the warranty was so complex and difficult. I didn't want to deal with it.
The item arrived quickly and exceeded expectations. It's as handsome & rugged as the almost identical items I saw on other sites for 3x the price.

I got the product in great time and it was easy to install.
I'm not convinced about the blower unit. It has to be on maximum to have any effective airflow, and maximum is very noisy. It seems a bit clunky and could be seriously improved.
