I used Northline Express's return shipping label and was charged a $16.95 return fee for an item weighing less than a pound. This return fee is not disclosed in Northline Express's Return Policy. Depending on the size and weight of your item, you might be able to find cheaper shipping services on your own. The return policy needs to be clarified so customers know what their options are.

I ordered a fireplace hearth made out of tile and was pleased with the workmanship. I also felt the price was reasonable, however, the freight was not. The customer service was friendly and prompt as well.
Required an 8" collar. Received this adjustable collar which would not stay in the required position. Needed to cobble a fix so that we could use it.

We bought a 45 yr old house with a triple flue chimney that never had any caps. Any time it would rain you could hear it hitting the fireplace damper and water would leak from the clean outs in the basement. After installing the full cover cap everything has been bone dry and worked perfectly.
Looked for American made found it ordered it got it quickly installed no issues

One of the 30% elbows had some damage to the appearance of the elbow.
For what the price was would have thought been looked over before being shipped.
