I bought one pair of these pants to try out. I then ordered 2 more for me and 2 pair for my son.
We just spent a week in Nebraska and Kansas,Pheasant hunting. These pants are perfect. Light weight tough and durable. We waded heavy brush and also faced the cold north winds. I could not be happier.
Ordered my coat in the wrong size and they promptly exchanged it for another!

A little aggressive with the emails, but it worked out that I completed the purchase with an extra discount so it's very effective. The pants fit great with a nice relaxed waistband.

All good, impressed witit costs as much to return the jacket as it was to buy, so i gave it away. I have had no follow up on mhy e-mails to return it.

Looks & feels very good (waterproof Jean) & P&P to Ireland with no incoming tax issues is perfect given that if these guys were UK based the post Brexit chaos continues to have peoples purchases being returned to the shop.

Preparing for a future trip to Iceland brought me Northbound Gear's website and their products geared to exploring the outdoors. For Christmas presents for myself and my husband, I had purchased both Mens and Womens Apex jackets, Adventure pants and the Mens Summer zip-off pants. While there were small issues with my orders, Kelly and the Customer Service Team went above and beyond correcting a defective item and exchanging another. My review is coming well after receiving their products due to actually using them over our harsh Ontario winter. The Apex jackets were perfect- the weight, advertised functions (weather and waterproof) and fit for both my husband I (we're tall!) were perfect. All of it. We both love our Adventure pants. After exchanging the original Womens to the new high waisted option in Womens Tall, I'm in love and CAN NOT wait to take them out on winter adventures in Iceland in November!
Overall- amazing service with amazing products for this West coast Canadian company!
