The Northbound pants are incredible! True to size and the absolute best hiking fall/winter pant I've worn thus far.
In the website was 5/10 days delivery but at the end the item arrived after more than 20 days and i was so disappointed because i didnt have possibility to use for my trip.
Have enjoyed wearing the pants in the snow and cold of Utah. Excellent fit. Length is longer than most pants which is good over larger outdoor boots.
My pants are good but I thought they would have the reinforced knees. I didn't realize that's only on the men's, which makes no sense, but my fault for not noticing it. I already had two pairs of these that had been a gift but wanted the reinforced knees because of the work I do.
I found the sizing to be correct and the pants are warm and comfortable. They are only water resistant for sure. We live on the wet west coast and in a recent snow storm, wherever my coat touched the pants, the moisture penetrated. Other than that, they have become my go to for indoors and out.
The pants seem to run a little on the big side of the size I ordered & the shipping was a bit slow but overall I'm very happy with the product. They're great pants for fat biking in the snow!
It took a little longer than I would hoped. Like the pants but wish it had more leg room - size 34x34, more room or flex in the thighs and have some thigh cargo pockets.
I purchased a pair for my husband and myself. My husband is very happy and has worn his out to to plough the driveway. Mine ride too low and although I tried wearing them indoors for a few minutes I could not get used to the feeling. I will be returning and exchanging for a men's pair.
Very easy process. Pants are for my wife at Christmas. Excited to see how warm they will keep her in the mountains and walking our dogs.
If I could give a negative star rating, I would! I came across this website on Facebook and I was hoping to get some pants that were long enough for me. When the pants came, they came from an address in New Jersey and there was NO packing slip and no order number. I've been trying for days to reach the company to obtain the information I need to return the pants. I've left more than 6 messages via voicemail, email and text and have heard nothing back. I'm beyond disappointed, and believe this site is a scam that does not accept returns.
When I originally reviewed the product and my shopping experience, I said that I was pleased with the quality of the product, but dissatisfied with the slow shipping. The CEO has since contacted me giving me a partial refund and apologize for the slow shipping. In my opinion this is a company that has integrity. It stands behind its product.
As someone that fluctuates between sizes, I was truly impressed with the elasticity of the waistband.

Like the pants. Fit well, although the waist could be a little snugger, I'm 5' 11" 140.
Biggest drawback is they took 29 days to arrive.
Super warm, flattering and comfortable! Definitely order 1 size smaller than normally wear. Also love that there are Tall options available!
Took awhile to receive the pants. Material is lovely. Tried the pants on but the waist is very very stretchy (you will need a belt) and the inner label that's sewn into pants scratches your skin. I'll have to have it removed carefully. I'll try these pants out this winter. It's cold in
Had to return as trousers much bigger than UK sizes I also measured the leg length and when arrived were too long so had to return. Not the easiest of processes as no on line returns portal, emailed the company they emailed back with details of how to return. Costly to return and not yet received the refund, although husband has ordered before and received refund ok so probably just timing.
Ordered 2 pairs of pants, took 3 weeks to receive. Returned 1 pair because of fit ( I ordered 2 sizes to try), RMA Authorization was quick. Returned for exchange via Canada post with no confirmation when received. Contacted and was informed I will get an email when "inspected", they received 1week ago.
Pants are good quality and comfortable, nice fleece lining.
