Delivery took almost a months despite contacting customer service three times there was no attempt made to get me my order in time for Christmas
I was worried about ordering the waterproof pants on-line with a new clothing company however the product came on time before Christmas and my husband is truly satisfied with it.
Love our north bound gear. Super easy to order. I do wish they got here quicker but I have no problem waiting for them. The whole family has them and we all love wearing them.

The transaction with Northbound was easy however the order and delivery tracking never updated and delivery was a surprise.
Love the pants I ordered both men's and women's. Shipping was a little hectic but everything worked out.
Second time I've ordered these pants for my partner and he loves them. The fit is perfect and the quality is fantastic. Shipping is decent, wish the tracking was a little more up to date but it arrived within the timeframe given. Will buy again
Easy to order but took a while to arrive. Pants are very warm and comfortable for these very cold December days. Good zips and pockets. I ordered regular and they are a little long for me at 5'3" but not sure if the shorter ones would have been too short.

Delivery took 5+ weeks. Ordered Christmas gifts in mid-November, barely received product in time for Christmas. Product maybe be good, still remains to be seen... Customer service is awful, and staff don't seem to know what is going on or how their own internal processes work.
