Some shipping delays, but the parcel finally arrived. Happy with the quality and the fitting of the pants. Looking forward to getting into the outdoors and trying them out.

I believe the order did arrive on time, but due to weather we were unable to collect it until after Christmas.

The product is good. My husband is happy. I purchased the item in early December around the 7th. Item received January 5. Notification it was on its way on the 9th of December. Why on earth you use USPS is beyond me. Not only did it not make it by Christmas it took almost 4 weeks to go from your warehouse to California. There were no tracking updates for over two weeks. No response to my emails. I called and was told by representative to follow up with USPS. Your product may be good but your customer service is terrible.

Ordering it on black friday was easy. It was not delivered to my house until after christmas and it was suppose to be a christmas present. You would think a month and a half would be a sufficient time frame.

This shopping was fine but it took over a month before I received the pants. And Northbound Gear FLOODED my email box continually.

Recently purchase a pair of jeans to add to my collection of clothing from Northboundgear. The jeans look and fit great, as for the winter coat and pants previously purchased, they keep me warm and dry and are very comfortable even when riding my bicycle during the winter, even at minus 20 with the windchill. Also being both waterproof and windproof, is an added bonus.

Bad delivery slow response to missing delivery although the customer service was good at the start
I can only assume that it was due to the time of the year but as expected i did not receive the delivery in time for Christmas x

Easy to use, easy to choose! Great site layout made it very simple to find exactly what I was looking for. The pants fit perfectly for me. The pants are as good as they say are. Totally comfortable, stretchy in all the right places.

Good price for good quality and easy to order. Some issues with order tracking which Northbound Gear were aware of and apologised for.

Order seemed to take a long time to arrive. Ordered pants for my husband and I. The pants are great but I have returned mine as they were too big. Found your sizing chart a little off. I have asked for an exchange and returned the pants today at a cost of $21.00. Followed all the steps so hope it doesn't take too long. Thank you!

Website was very easy to use and had tons of information but shipping took much longer than expected so sadly missed getting them in time for Christmas.

I'll first say that i have never given a negative review - however, i wanted to warn other people. I bought 2 pairs of pants - I could tell immediately that i did not like the material or the fit. I tried calling and emailing to find out how to get a refund. After NO response and finally then getting an email (3 attempts) - the message said that i needed to wait to see if they will "approve" allowing me to return the items. Then waited days later to find out that i have to pay for shipping myself to Canada and then will be charged a $5 fee. It was completely unacceptable the hoops they have us go through and then we are charged for shipping and restocking. NOT a way to treat a customer. I will NOT be buying anything again since the return process was horrible.
