I purchased a pair of women's Adventure Water resistant pants on December 27th. The order was not shipped until January 7th - 11 days.
I did not receive the order for another week.
At that point, I decided I did not want the pants and made a request to return them.
I had to pay for return shipment of approximately 25.00 Canadian. Totally unacceptable return policy after waiting for approximately 3 weeks to receive the items. Will Not shop with them ever again.

The shopping and checkout were easy. The pants fit well. They were a bit long for me but I tuck them in. They are waterproof and warm at -10 Celsius. The wind does not blow through them. I wear them for walking the dog. I also bought a belt it woks and fits great.

A great service and great product.fitted perfect and excellent for the Irish climates. Easy to order and pay with a quick delivery.

Seems my orders spend several days in Illinois at various shipping companies before it finally moves.

However I think the addition of inner cuffs would prevent cold breezes from rising up the legs. The pants are quite comfortable and warm. I can wear them all day and I love them.

Surprisingly, I had to pay shipping costs to return one garment, plus a $5 restocking fee. The Woman's size 10 was much to large for my wife, and after deciding that the material used wasn't to her liking, decided to not reorder a smaller size. I liked and kept my pair of pants.

Facebook advert, took a chance, and not disappointed. From price to order an delivery it was a good experience. Sizing was excellent and the flex material is phenomenal, quality did not disappoint either. My wife said the look and feel amazing. Thank you Northbound gear!

Overall they seem like great pants. I did not order the high waisted ones (I placed my order before they started selling those) but they still seem pretty high waisted.

I bought two pants (the "Adventure" pants and the "100% Waterproof Jeans") to try during the storms that hammered California during the Pineapple Express / atmospheric river storms.

The shopping was easy and both pants are fantastic, but the shipping was agonizingly slow -- I had to make do with other pants in the middle of the storms until my order finally arrived. The tracking information was also essentially useless because it took days to update with progress.

The "Adventure" pants are now my favorite pants when it's cool or wet. They look, fit and feel great -- just keep in mind that they will not keep you 100% dry, they are weather-resistant but not completely rainproof. However, even if you do get caught in a massive downpour, the fleece-like lining should keep you warm and comfortable. If I could change anything, I would add some of the reinforcing material that covers the knees to the seat area.

The "100% Waterproof Jeans" will keep you dry in more extreme conditions, and you won't experience clammy denim sticking to your leg, even if the outer fabric gets soaked. The jeans don't wrinkle or drape like regular jeans and feel somewhat stiffer because of the waterproof membrane, but they are comfortable.

First of all, I absolutely loved the pants when they finally arrived (5 stars for that). So much so that I paid $22 to return them so I could reorder a smaller size. My 2 stars are for their shipping policies which I should have read more carefully before ordering which was my mistake. Their site says it can take sometimes six weeks for an item to arrive. Mine took almost three weeks to get to me. Then unfortunately, I needed a smaller size, so I had to pay $22 (nonrefundable) to have these pants mailed back by USPS to their headquarters in Canada. I live in the US and I thought I was ordering from Jamaica, NY. Returning an item also includes a $5 restocking fee. It's now been over two weeks and I haven't received my refund for the pants I sent back or received the smaller size I reordered. I sure hope these pants are everything I wanted when they do finally arrive. My advice is to read their shipping and returning policies thoroughly before ordering and know what you're getting into.

Order was delivered promptly and has more than matched my expectations

Overall very good! I rarely give five stars but that doesn't mean I'm not happy with the purchase. Pants fit well and are very comfortable. I've only worn them around the house so far, so I don't know how well they perform in the bush. The belt works well and is also comfortable. It's a little noisy but a good design and seemingly well built. Will know more with time. I haven't used the socks yet but look forward to trying them on my next excursion. Only downside, and take this however you want, I'd like to see more products made in Canada, or elsewhere, not China.
