Product did not arrive for 29 days. Buyer requested delivery via email after 20 days of waiting. Representative of merchant responded to email. Merchant claimed it had no control over delivery which is incorrect. Merchant is always responsible for merchandise it sells even after merchandise is received. Buyer will not use this merchant again.
My first order recieved a lot of emails to promote more purchases. I don't order more until I know\i have the sizing I want. I like these so much, I will order another pair (smaller size)
As a tall guy its hard to find well fitted outdoor pants, the adventure pants in 36x36 are perfects for me, same as my jeans.
I went to Ruidoso, New Mexico,it was snowing and evertihg was good with my pants. I feel warm every moment!

We to my remote camp on snowmobile, normally I would have my ski pants on working around the camp shoveling the roof and at the wood, had the very comfortable pants on, dry and warm all day.
Pants are wonderful. They take a bit of breaking into but very comfy.
Shipping was a bit wonky with my package being stuck in Illinois for 2 weeks then went back to Los Angeles and had to come back through Chicago, IL. Eventually got my pants though!
I believe the order was received! However I was not there because it was so late! It arrives after I was gone for my trip that I wanted to use the pans for. I will be back at the end of April and will hopefully see my order at that time. It was quite desappointing that it took so long when I was supposed to receive it the week before.

It took a long time for the pants to be delivered and your return process was very cumbersome. Plus I had to pay for postage.

So far experience has been as expected - good overall. Package came with a knife slice on it, but pants seem unaffected. Perhaps shipping in something other than plastic is required?

Immediately after purchasing my waterproof pants, I made 5 or 6 attempts in different ways to contact someone about a coupon I had forgotten to use. No one got back to me for weeks and after my pants had already arrived. The pants also fit quite large based on the online sizing chart and I wonder if I should have chosen a size down.
I received my adventure waterproof pants...I love them but they were too big...my request for return approval was processed quickly and made the return easy...just need to get the smaller size now!
I would say they fit a bit big.
It took almost a month to get my pants delivered, and I had to threaten order cancellation to make it happen, and it occurred then in 24 hours. What's up with that?
