I ordered a pair of shoes and 3 days after the order (they're supposed to ship in 1-3 days), I get an email that says shipping is going to be delayed, with NO estimate on when they would ship. I needed the shoes before I leave for a trip outside of the country, so now I have to wait until I get home just to return the now useless item, which they claim they can't cancel, even though it hasn't even shipped! Absolute joke. The last time I ordered from Nordstrom, it took 3 weeks and I told myself never again. Guess I'm the fool for giving you another chance. This time it's for real: NEVER AGAIN! Always a shame to watch modern incompetents destroy a once-great brand.

I been a member of nordstrom for almost 3 years but this experience is been the worse, i order some shoes online and its taking more than 10 days nordstrom rack lost my order ontrac never pick up communication is bad and the supervisor Karen Haywood told me that she was gonna cancel my order but she sent me an email stating that it was not possible what a horrible experience this was supposed to be a gift now they made it a nightmare worse service. I bought 2 Mac blush sets, urban decay lipsticks and a couple of smashbox palettes for half the normal price and they all came within a week of shipping! I love Nordstrom Rack becuase you can always find good deals. The only problem was I didnt know my tracking number of my item due to the fact that I checked out as a guest but I called customer service and they where able to help me! Ill definitely be buying more stuff from them.
I just spent nearly 2 hours going through the Rack's clearance pages. Found a couple of items and saved them to cart. Only to return to cart and find them expired or sold out. When I finally lined up my order I discovered that I could not go through their checkout process without "saving" my information (as a guest), after I saved there I continued to the credit card information and found that I could not continue past that until I "saved" that info. I make it my policy to not save financial info to websites. What a waste of my time! Don't waste your time on the Rack.
I ordered a pair of womens embelished flats size 9 1/2. What I received was mens gray sperry size 10. The return process was terrible but worst part was three separate customer service people who could not send replacement (just go online and reorder) and told me my money would not be refunded for their mistake for three weeks. Unacceptable. Today I will never walk into a Nordstrom Rack again.
Shipping is too expensive to be so slow. I'm guessing they figure those profits in with their other profits. Total rip off and will not buy anything else here.
I have been a devoted Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer for over 15 years. I have noticed that in the past year, they advertise stuff that they don't have in stock. I even got a notice that something was shipping and then a few days later it never showed up. I looked online and they cancelled it without telling me. I have had this happen at least a dozen times over the past year. Do they have an inventory system not linked to their website? Don't buy anything from them because chances are, you won't get it.
Tried to buy stuff on line. Checkout does not work! Contacted live chat, they said to try their phone app it is working. It did not work. I am asking them to please take my money so I can get stuff and they offer no solutions other than try again tomorrow. Stuff I am trying to get is in limited supply. Stay away from this company and their APPS!

Bought Barefoot dreams tops... the hem line shrunk FIVE inches and the arms shrunk THREE inches! Oh, BTW, Nordstroms cant do a think about it... NOT even return them! REALLY! Terrible customer service
I do not like Nordstrom Rack, I think the mess and lack of space to move reflects the little respect offered to customers. I bought a fwe items online and was sort of pleased. Today, ia received a package with a bunch of summery t-shirts. Two of them, and a dress were not of the quality expected, so I decided to return the items, and was instructed to return them at the closest store. To my surprise I was issued a partial refund, so I called the store. I waited hours, on a series of brief holds interrupted by rude and condescending remarks regarding my expectations, and how greatful I should be for getting a refund, as a one time courtesy. So, no. I am not greatful. Instead, I feel douped, disappointed, defrauded. And this is not about the few dollars refunded, but the way a customer service manager scolded me, just trying to make me feel bad about attempting to get the refund I was entitled to. The items returned were as originally packed, tagged and straight out of the box I received that same day. No reason to question that transaction!
Don't waste your time choosing items, bc you won't be able to check out. Just happened to me today, and has happened in the past (a while ago). I called them, and they admitted it is a long-term, ongoing problem. Such incredible incompetence makes me leery of placing an order that may get screwed up, and makes me very leery of letting them have my CC #. I love Nordstrom, but the Rack must be where they send people that can't hack it at Nordstrom. I won't try this site again.
Tried to buy almost a hundred dollars worth of stuff (to get the free shipping) but the page wouldn't let me "place order" no matter how many different ways I filled in my billing and shipping information. Contacted customer service twice, at the beginning and end of the day, and the second time around they said there was a problem with the website accepting credit information and to download an app. I don't feel like making an account, finding all the clothes again, uploading information, etc. etc. After trying so many times on the website.
Shame because the clothes looked great and had good reviews on the site but if your customers can't even purchase the clothes you have online I don't know what you're doing.
They charge you $7.95 for delivery with a stated 1-3 working day dispatch date.
I may be stupid for believing it would be here by Friday when ordering on a Monday morning, but i got a dispatch notification today (Thursday) to say my delivery date is now next Tuesday. Amazon get you your stuff next day for less than half that cost!
It's 1st world problems, but god damnnn it's a massive pain in the $#*! when you want something for the weekend. Customer service did absolutely nothing to help.
I have ordered from Nordstrom Rack to Australia very often. They have not made any errors with my order to date.
The only issue would be the postage is per item, which in USD can add up to quite a bit.
Such a great way to shop! I bought 8 suits new suits for my husband to try on through this site and two pairs of dress shoes. He ended up keeping four suits and both shoes. The suits cost half the price through this site and we were able to get his exact size and fit!
Nordstrom is known for their amazing customer service but I've been sorely disappointed by the service both Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack have provided. My order from The Rack took forever to get shipped, and then the 'Arrival Date' kept being moved... It should not take 3 weeks to ship a simple article of clothing that is in stock.
