Worst Customer Service

Absolute worst customer service in the clothing Industry. Unprofessional and rude. Customer Satisfaction is definitely not important to Nordstrom's. Got my money back and will shop elsewhere.

Not the store i remember!

I did not mind dropping $2000 on a new suit, dress shirt and tie a couple years ago and i did it several times. Today, they are such a disappointment and are totally getting away from what made them great. They have totally ignored the changes in consumer shopping changes. They are not even close to addressing the new buying experience. Wonder why they are suffering? They think that change is not effecting them. Just ordered a $1000 coat for my wife which is in stock but it will not deliver before December 29th! I can order something form Walmart or Amazon and get it next day. I am done with them. Good luck as you will be added to the list of companies unwilling to remain viable to their customer base.

Ordered some sneakers for my baby and the expected delivery date was a week from the date the order was processed. It was shipped from Oregon and so far been to almost 10 unknown places via USPS. There's no clue where the sneakers are at since no one has bothered to make the proper notation. I can not even get a refund.

Various Orders Cancelled

I've always thought Nordstrom had excellent customer service; however, my recent experiences have been awful. In the past week, I have placed 6 different orders and 4 of those orders were cancelled due to a problem fulfilling. When I placed 2 of the orders, the item said "few left" and it looked like I did not receive the last item. I think they fulfilled the last order first; therefore, the people that received the first order did not get it to complete. I purchased a few more items solely because it was the same order and now I have to go out of my way to return the items. I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service that Nordstrom has been providing. In the future, I will think twice before I place an order because this is extremely frustrating.

This is my first purchase with Nordstrom, my account was charged $9 more than total on the receipt. It is not about the amount but the concept of stealing by tricks, imagine $9 from a million people that's $9 million. Watch this company, definitely not going back for anything I will stick with SAKS, Macy's and Neiman marcus.

Worst service
October 28, 2020

Bought $1490. 00 boots last week and two days later got shipping truck with Eedex and in one week the trucking says they have not received the item and it says delivery date today. Really in one week $ 1490. 00 boots was not delivered to FedEx or was no one called FedEx to come and pick up from store. It's not a cheap boots.
Nordstrom service is getting worst and worst by day. I will return the boots and will buy it from Gucci store to get a better service. At least get my boots a week later or someone provide me with information about the boots. Sad but this will be my last purchase from Nordstrom.

They have amazing shoes. Like thi sone - Sam Edelman Yaro Ankle Strap Sandal (Women). Now, these are offered at a discounted price and I ordered the. No delays in delivery. They fit me perfectly.

I've unfortunately had to call their customer service line 4-5 times in the last month and every time is worse. Unclear, no English, rude, and generally unhelpful people leave me with no idea what they're talking about and whether or not they can help me. I can't wait till my local opens up again so I never have to call them again and can at least interact face to face.

My experience with Nordstrom.com has mainly been pleasant. They have the BEST refund policy there is. Refunds are free and there is no time limit on refunds issued. There were a few occasions where I encountered mishaps, but it's so far and in between that it doesn't deter from my shopping experience. One time, an order didn't arrive (small ring), and I didn't catch it in time. Apparently, they only allow 30 days for you to review your items and notice anything missing. Easy if you only buy a few items, but during Christmas time, when many items are purchased, it's hard to keep track of little items such as a ring. They didn't issue me a refund for the ring that never arrived. Good thing it wasn't too expensive, otherwise, I'd be fuming. Another mishap occurred when I ordered $300 Beats headphones. It wasn't what I expected, so I sent it back for a refund. After months of not getting a refund, I contacted customer service and they could NOT locate the order. Luckily, I had saved the receipt from the post office to prove that I had sent the item. Thank goodness, because if I didn't save the post office receipt, Nordstrom could not have located the item. Nordstrom blamed the post office for losing the item, but when I spoke to the post office, they sent me an exact item destination print out of where the item was. Turns out, Nordstrom people lost it (which happens), but I'm glad it turned out fine. Had my package been lost and I was not refunded the $300, I would have been furious!

I've been shopping at Nordstrom.com for years and these two mishaps are not strong enough for me to be dissatisfied or deter me from shopping at Nordstrom.com.

Yesterday was my 2nd time that i tried to order from Nordstrom online and it is second time my order cancelled!
Was waiting a long time till my favorite pair of shoes will appear there in the colour and size i need... few times a day checking in the site... finally it arrived! I was so happy!
Really dissapointed with such a service! Unbeleivable it happens to me every time i try to order in Nordstrom!

I've been shopping at Nordstrom's and Nordstrom rack for 10+ years. Nordstrom rack is by far one of my fav retail stores. It's not a stretch to say that I hold Nordstrom to a higher caliber than all other retAil stores. The price point is often higher but the service and product is typically of high end quality. Having said that, I ordered some hair spray from Nordstrom and when it came it was EMPTY! Completely gone! I had to check and make sure I went through Nordstrom and not a third party site. I was flabbergasted that Nordstrom had sent me an empty product. I called customer service right away and the lady I spoke to was very nice however she informed me that they were out of the product and could only refund me the money. I found this extremely frustrating. I didn't want the money, I wanted the $#*!ing hairspray! She then informs me that they restock daily and I should check back later today or tomorrow to see if they product is back in stock. That rubbed me the wrong way. THEY $#*!ED UP, it was THEIR mistake NOT mine! Yet I have to track it down if I want it again?! What the hell is that?! I won't be ordering from them again. This entire situation was bull$#*!. I'm also cutting up my Nordstrom credit card. I'm not supporting a store that handles business like this... period

Where do I start!

Place should be called "noodle-storm!" not Nordstrom seems as though a bunch of wet noodles are running the place!

I could go on about my story experience forever... lets just sum this all up here, I will never spent another penny with this company and I hope the file for bankruptcy! Would be a dream come true ;)

Was a little skeptical reading the reviews online, but ordered anyway! I bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1 shadows and they came in right on time & I LOVE them! Even during the virus and everything that's going on they delivered! 11/10, online tracking for the shipping was perfect as well!

Bad heels

I ordered some Vince Camuto heels, which were on clearance $56.00. I had the shoes for a few months before wearing them, however when i finally wore them the right shoe heel is bad. I thought this was a reputable store to order online with. Never again will i order from Norstrom.com

I had several questions, one of which was date sensitive (learned that a note expires today and was unable to use it on the website to pay for items). At the beginning of the call, the recorded message said the wait time was 60 minutes; there was not opportunity for ask for a call-back. The entire time on hold, there were messages about every 30 sec saying to continue holding and someone would be with me "shortly." The call was answered after 1 hour 59 minutes. Once answered, the issue was dealt with easily (13 minutes).

While I realize Nordstrom has been busy, why not utilize employees that cannot work in stores in the call center. This is by far the worst experience I have had - even Amazon responds in less than 20 minutes. I won't order online again unless stores are open.

This review is regarding my order it has been now more than 30 days and I have not received it yet. Numerous times I asked for my order to be redelivered and I was inform the bag is sold out.

Since you have not deliver in over 30 days, and refused to redeliver my item or help me with this stressful situation, I am now asking Nordstrom to refund my order in full.

I have now spoken to my legal Attorney about this matter.The order is over $3,100.

It is very unprofessional that the company would not even take 24 hours to research the matter and help the customer locate the package. When I first inquired about my order that was not delivered This is the response I received the next day:

It is our recommendation that you contact your local police department to report the missing items as stolen as tampering with and/or theft of a shipment is a criminal offense.
I would like to suggest all new orders be sent with signature required shipping for your protection. To request your package be sent with signature required service simply call *******060 to place your order.

Important points

Package Should have been ship 2 day Priority or Next day express shipping. Companies usually add this at no cost when you make an important order.
For a shipment of more than 750 dollars it should always have Signature confirmation.
For a shipment of more than 750 dollars it should have been Insured for the value of the package.
It should not have been sent as a regular mail package ground, instead air express to avoid this situation.
The customer representative who took the order should have taken precautions because of the importance of the purchase and add Signature confirmation and express shipping or at least offer it. She never even offered anything or never explained how the package was going to be shipped.
I have order many times for years from other designer national and international boutiques. Every Designer Boutique sends all their packages with Signature confirmation and insurance without having to even ask for it for safety purposes.
I demand an immediate resolution about this matter.

Very bad crazy

I purchased online from your official website 12/13/2019 Jimmy Choo rain boots, Edite Rain boot, item #*******.
02 /26/20 it was raining, I put them on my feet and went from home to a car dealership, in total for about an hour I wore them. I came home and saw on my two legs on the ankles were wounds from these rain boots.
I treated my feet with an antiseptic and iodine. I thought that in a few days everything will be good but my right leg was swollen, a deep wound was appeared. I can't step on my leg, I can't walk and I can't work. I went to the hospital, and they told me that I need to go to the emergency room. The doctor looked at my leg and said that it has a serious infection, due to the fact that the shoes material is very stiff and my legs were worn out. These rain boots injured my ankles and because of that I have an infected wound.
Doctors diagnosed Cellulitis is a common, potentially serious bacterial skin infection. The affected skin appears swollen and red and is typically painful and warm to the touch.
They prescribed me strong antibiotics, they said if it doesn't go away within two more days, then I have to come to the hospital again.
This diagnosis is because of your shoes which I purchased from you. The shoes are very very stiff and rub my ankles very hard when worn. I have all the supporting documents that will confirm my serious injury. Now I can't walk, which is why I canceled all my scheduled meetings. These shoes brought harm to my health, now it's not clear what will happen to my leg.
Why does Nordstrom sell shoes that cripple people?
And I got a serious injury and infection?
Why Nordstrom doesn't mention on the website about these boots' Stiff material?
Why Nordstrom doesn't say on the website that these boots have very rough stitches?
Why I have to endure so much pain and material costs because of the shoes that I bought and thought that they are beautiful and good, as a brand with a worldwide reputation?
Why I have to cancel business meetings because I have to deal with these injuries that were caused by these rain boots?
It's all wrong! It shouldn't have happened in the first place!
I can send all documents confirming these circumstances with evidence and a photo to you.

I ordered a Tumi bag that was onsale and they charged my card and then cancelled because they said the sales price was wrong and then tried to get me to pay significantly more for a different color. Never buy from them, shady store.
