I purchased a dress from this company. I was not happy with the fit or quality so I wanted to return it. I was offered 15% of the purchase price to avoid shipping costs back to China. I did not receive it from China, I received it from the City of industry in California which is the same state that I live in. They would not allow me to return it to the address that it was shipped from. After stating that I would not except 15%, they offered 40%. I still feel that that is unacceptable and I'm waiting to hear back from the company at this point. Please save yourself the hassle. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I have generally been disappointed with your products. I generally order size L and one dress I received is marked as L but if more like a medium, I cannot wear it. One pair of pants I ordered black and you sent navy blue. The fabric of many of your products is very strange - especially those marked as cotton blend. They are too soft and silky to the feel; almost like housewear or lingerie. One jacket I ordered is a horrible color of blue. It was supposed to be light blue, almost like a light blue denim. It was basically a flannel piece of fabric, the color is horrible and this one runs large for a L size. I will not order from you again. This is a shame because the patterns on the material are very interesting, the styles are nice. I really hoped they were going to be a great addition to my wardrobe.

I was so excited when I did my first purchase and I was afraid because I loved everything I was looking at that I knew I was gong to be the number 1 customer. My first purchase was for 15 items, I went crazy. When I got my bag I was soooo happy …………………. Just to realized the all the pieces that I requested SMALL are in fact marked small …………………………. For A SMALL ELEPHANT!. I contacted this scammers and guess what, this was the answer: -Purchase (except swimwears、bags&accessories and items in final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. " so I can not return them or get my money back. Stay away from these SCAMMERS!, everything looks beautiful so you can be an easy target. Besides the quality of the fabric for the dresses is the most horrible fabric I have ever seen and the t-shirts made of wood are made in China, that cotton will last for 2 washes, after that, tost it, not good anymore, the best cotton comes from Peru, the worse, from China, Thailand, etc.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
