Stay away. Do not order! It says you can return, but sure costing more than or nearly as much as your purchase to return (to China). Then they offer you 40% off to not return but order more items! Why would I order more from them when the items I did receive where of poor quality and fit! They clothing does not look like the phots when you receive it.
Plus it is from China!

My personal experience with Noracora has been mixed. Some items are ok, but truly most things are not up to par. The fabrics are not as substantial as those pictured in the ads. I purchased three tee shirts for my sisters and I who were planning a trip. The message on the front says Road Trip, Better than Therapy. Super cute idea; however, their sizes were XXXL. Believe me, they were much nearer Medium or Large than XXXL. Disappointing. I do not believe I will purchase from this web site again.

I love the clothes I order from Noracora. The 2x fit fantastic. I did learn that the xxl is not the same size. I will continue to purchase items. Prices & selections are great.

It took quite sometime for me to receive my order and once I did I was very unimpressed with the quality of the materials…very cheap and thin materials.

I highly recommend NOT ordering from this company. The clothes are weirdly sized, low quality and don't look anything like their ads. The shipment took over 3 weeks to arrive. And their return policy is awful! The customer incurs the cost to ship returns to their return center in Guangzhou, China. When I complained about that knowing it would be expensive to ship there, they offered a 15% refund on my purchase, then after more pushback they offered 40%. I asked for 75% and they told me 50% was as high as they'd go. On my $128 purchase I received half of that back which they credited to my PayPal account and lucky me I got to keep the junk clothing. My fault for not researching this company before ordering. The only positive I can offer is their customer service provided timely responses to my inquiries. Never again with Noracora.
I ordered two dresses. They did not fit well, but the worst part is the material was so thin you could see clear through both of them. Tried to return them, but went a few days beyond the "30 day window" so they would not let me. Very, very cheaply made clothing. Should have known better!

Product should be marked if it is Nora Cora or Cozy as the sizing in each is different so some Articles do not correspond to the size chart. Returning is costly and I believe items returned are shipped to your Outlet Store, so I believe the "return to China" is an excuse. Be ware if your are Canadian that you are on the right site otherwise it will be shipped in US Fund. It should also indicate this on your order invoice so you don't realize it until it is on your Visa? Length off shipping is terrible. You keep saying product is ready but isn't shipped out for another three weeks.
I am still waiting for one item to arrive which has to be returned because of sizing. I hope it comes so I can return all this together as I have reordered today. First time ordering so hopefully now I know the fit.

I initally logged in at target-st. Louis and wound up viewing many other websites later. *******. Diversion to other businesses is not good business practice. However, I liked your products and shopped.
I purchase some items from naracorn/ last month April 2022 I reached out to them to inform them that my items were too small and to also find out when I would be getting the rest of the items. When I inform them I ask to be sent a return label well which went for several emails and I was told that I would have to send it back to China but the label on the bag had New York NY. I wanted a full refund I have not gotten the label This company does not care if the items work for you and the merchandise is not good quality. I will never ever order anything from them again They also have another name Joy for nice Design All they want is your money see in the name. Buyer Beware buys at your own risk you will need the BBB. You just can't send the merchandise back they have given you permission.

I was very disappointed in the 3 shirts I ordered. The photos on line are deceiving as to the type and look of the material. They do not have a good return policy because they are located in China. I wish I'd have known that. I won't use them again.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
