I wrote to Noracora to inquire if there dresses are made here in the USA.
I attached a copy of their reply!
I won't buy from them!

I ordered several items (tops and dresses) and oddly enough, they are all made from the same type of fabric, which feels heavy and strange, especially for summer wear! The fabric described is absolutely not the fabric used to manufacture these items.
Poorly manufactured (hems are uneven, sizing is very large for the size ordered.
Returns are very expensive to ship back to China. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Ordering items was normal, but it took about 3 weeks to receive them.
Out of the 3 dresses ordered, I was satisfied with one. The color was not the same as in the photo on the website. The size was not correct, the large size ordered, fit like a small size dress.

The clothes bore a resemblance to their pictures but we're very cheaply made in something called "polyester blend" when it had said cotton mix. To return, they want you to send clothes to China which would be very expensive. They told me I was paying Canadian funds but fing it's USD which is much higher. Eventually they offered 50% refund to just keep clothes. I agreed. My credit card had been compromised and deleted by my bank with a new card registered. Nora Cora INSISTED they could only return to my original, now deleted for fraud, credit card. I explained countless times. Finally they said they would accept a PayPal account. I don't gave one, didn't want one hug I wanted my return. My price paid was $122 USD. They responded that they were refunding me $33USD. Should receive either through bank or PayPal in 1 week. When I asked why it was not 50% they said I had yet to receive a shirt purchased for $23.99 NEVER AGAIN. COMPLETE HASSLE. AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE. POOR QUALITY CLOTHING. REFUND POLICY ESSENTIALLY IS JUST KEEPING YOUR MONEY. I believe this to be fraud.

It was nice that you kept my cart full while I continued to shop over the course of many months. I ordered a lot and the items came in multiple packages. Shipping time was not bad. The material on most items was extremely thin. Every bump and roll on my old body showed thru the clothes. These are probably fine for youngsters with hard bodies; not for me.

I can't select certain items. Your pictures are false.

Tops are made rather large. Shoes were fine, I loved the colors. Shipping takes too long.

I like the details provided about sizing and fabric content.

Confused about discount coupons that popped up but could not apply.
Received a pair of shoes with buckles that don't work.

Most of everything was to big. I am a size 12-14 ordered XXL so things wouldn't be to tight but they were to big?!

The pictures were pretty good on the merchandise being sold.
The only problem I had is that the tops were cut way too low.
One top fit me good and the rest I will be sending back.

Did not like the t-shirt but cost prohibitive to return.

Ordered size 10 shoes and they did not fit correctly. Noracora will not return them without my paying for the returns. Guess China's feet are different then the rest of the world.

HI, the tank is precious, love it. The short sleeve top, fits too, love it. The long sleeve purple and the dress were large, got medium. The Purple and dress need to be returned. Can you help with this please? I need address to send return. Thanks.

I will usually order L because I like to be able to move freely with arms crossing over when stretched out. Anyway, the colors are just like pictures. Really hope I can get an X- large in the dress. DR*******B34B8-Color Pink

First time, very satisfied, very good customer service

Every item didn't fit. I wanted to exchange or return but found it near impossible to do as the cost to send it back wasn't worth it. Then you offer me a few dollars to forget the whole thing? Very, very disappointed. Next time I will stick with Amazon. They have great return policy.

Shopping was easy. I wasn't happy with the fabric of the ladies tops that I received. It would be more hassle to return the items ten it is worth. That is why I usually do not buy inline.

One item was too small compared to the other ones of the same size ordered; didn't like 2 of the blouses and wanted to return the 3 items; disappointed that they have to be returned to China, not to a USA or
Europe and still have to pay for customs. Won't order again.

The product was as described and looked just like the photos on the site. Using the size chart provided, the fit was perfect.

Easy and pleasant. I just hoped for more discount because this is my second purchase in less than 3 days.

Elza here: I agree with the comment above. You buy and fill up your cart but there is always a little more you need to buy for free shipping, when the adds say differently. But apart from that the products are real, good materials, good fit, honest to the adds and I highly recommend buying from Noracora. You spend less and you get a lot of satisfaction.
