While the clothes on Nora Cora may look cute, the fabric and quality are horrible. Even worse is the fact that they are based in China. So they say they will take returns, it comes at such a cost you don't get much of your money back. I ordered a dress and a top. I can only describe the fabric as 1970s shiny bullet proof polyester. Absolutely horrible. When I tried to return them I was told that I would need to pay for the shipping and the customs to send the items back to China. I elected to take the 15% refund instead and just donate the items. I recieved a 3% refund. Do not do business with this highly unethical company. Save your money!
I have a friend in church who wore a couple of your items that she bought in the store while she was visiting her daughter and it was beautiful. The blouses were so pretty she bought one in each color. It was a sweater type with a neckerchief collar. I was disappointed that I didn't find them online but I saw some stuff I like so I ordered. Once I got here the quality was not up to standard of what I expected.
I had a hard time tracking order and when the clothes came it didn't fit properly and out of 100 dollars that I spent I only received 20dollars refund and had to keep the blouses due to it cost too much to return

The shopping experience is good, BUT your customer service is very poor, because it is impossible to exchange or return merchandise that doesn't fit. We are stuck with items that we are not able to use. You would have far much more customers if you had a better return policy. Right now, it is not good.

Ordering was easy and the coupon helped. The clothes were true to size and seem to be of good quality. The communication during the order process was very good. I received updates via email. The order was correct. I receive the order before the promised date.
Merchandise was extremely late, items are copies of what they advertise. Products are of poor made and if you try to return you have to pay for the shipping fees. I'm extremely disappointed I will just have to take the loss and never order again.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
