If you look closely - you will see 5 stars on a review - and then you MUST ACTUALLY actually READ the review - when it USUALLY says the COMPANY is terrible! THe STARS are a LIE. This company and the others called ZOLUCKY and LILYCLOTH, are the SAME SCAM POPUPS online. Here's what you get: BAD QUALITY, CHILD SIZE CLOTHING, AND $#*!TY FABRIC. AWFUL. AND if you try SENDING IT BACK for a RETURN, THEY WILL SIMPLY REFUSE IT - IN CHINA. SO then, YOU Are OUT the COST of the goods AND SHIPPING BACK to CHINA COSTS. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

You guys are a complete and utter scam. The quality of your clothes is horrible and therefore I want to return the items.
1) You ship items separately so I have to return them separately, as this is part of your policy. 2) You make it difficult to get the return label address. I had to reach out to your team numerous times just to get the correct return address. When I emailed to begin the return process it was like pulling teeth to get the return label.
3) The cost to ship it back (with the same amount of clothing that was shipped to me) is outrageous and not worth it. I would have to return In 2 or possibly 3 separate packages.
4) You offer 15% of the original price instead of a full refund because of the costs to ship back, then it went to 40%. The logical response would be 100% with very clear details UPFRONT about the challenges of returning items.
Stating the issues with the honest return policy clearly and loudly before someone buys should be mandatory. Your lack of doing so only shows your poor customer service as well as ethics.
I would have purchased one item and made the determination that the fabric is completely different than what is advertised and found out with one item that your store and I are not a good fit. Instead I have 6 items in hand I'm trying to return, which is close to the cost of the original price paid, just to ship it back. I am still waiting for 2 items to be sent, however based on these 6 I currently have, I would also want to send these back but will not be able to due to the cost.
It's a terrible shame, your clientele is looking for good quality affordable clothing, we are not wealthy women who can afford to waste or throw money away and that is exactly what we are doing when ordering

This is another China rip off. Shipping to China is outrageous. $60-70. Sizing runs small. Same as Zulilly if you have ordered from them.

I ordered 3 tops. They all fit great. Lots of compliments. Shipping/ delivery time was right 2 weeks. Prices are great. I've placed 2 more orders (7 more tips and a dress)
If they are as cute as they look on line and the shipping time isn't too long, this could be my new favorite website.
The clothes are adorable. I can't find anything like these items in stores nearby. The prices are fabulous! Look closely at the fabric to be sure of what you're buying. Although the models are gorgeous the clothes, especially the length and necklines are much different for this 5'2" girl!
Material not as nice as it looked in photo. Dress material is pretty thin and doesn't look as fitted as it does in the picture

They advertise cute clothes but if they don't fit you cannot get a refund. They make it impossible to return and offer you some money back to keep the items. I don't want the clothes, I want the money that I paid returned to me. I think the entire company is a scam!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
