I guess I didn't understand that the fabric of this dress would be "slick" and a thick polyester. I live in a very-hot climate, and this dress would be absolutely suffocating. I was going to return it, but it would have to go back to China, huge bother. The company offered me a 15% off and I could keep the dress---I plan on giving it away. I will never order from them again due to fabric and the issue of shipping back to China.
I received wrong sizes of everything I ordered.
They do not look like the models in the pictures.
Costs over 100.00 or more to return. So you're stuck with ugly clothing and a trip to goodwill.

I previously wrote that I received inferior items made of cheap polyester when I was expecting cotton/linen as described on the site. Since my first review, I have received emails from Noracora offering a 15% refund, keep the clothes and delete my review. Then I received an email offering a 50% refund and a coupon for 40% off my next purchase (are they kidding?). I then received a third email offering a 60% cash refund, which I highly doubt I would EVER see. I think reporting them to US consumer agencies is my best course of action as maybe the site will be shut down!

I did not want to give this site any stars but it was a requirement in order to give review. I don't know how this site gets such a high rating. I am an ACTUAL one-time customer. I purchased a number of items based on the information and images on the site. I waited 2 weeks for delivery from China. I was very disappointed when my purchases arrived. The site indicated that the items were made of cotton/linen. They were actually cheap polyester and extremely poor quality overall. The US requires that garments have proper fabric labeling. The label said cotton/linen but it was obvious that the fabric is cheap polyester. I want to return but the response I got from the company was that I would have to pay return costs to CHINA which may include custom charges. Essentially, returning the items might not be worth it but they will refund me 15% of the cost in cash, and I can keep the items (which I do not want!) Basically, I am stuck. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THESE CHINA-BASED FASHION SITES THAT SELL CHEAP MERCHANDISE. I am in the process of reporting them to multiple US consumer agencies for investigation.
I ordered two shirts and got four. If it was an accident on my part, I still could have sent it back but it was a final sale! I hav four shirts two each are alike. And although I washed one by hand it is coming apart at the seams! Bogus! I pay twice! Shame on your unkindness!
Save your money and purchase a couple of nice pieces of a name brand vs. several junk pieces that are not as pictured. I should have heeded the reviews about the lack of quality and "not as pictured." A waste of money and time. Still have not received one piece and likely never will.

Interesting variety of shoes and clothing available.
T shirts made of good quality fabric.
The two pairs of shoes I received are nice however wrong size, size 41 are too big.
37 or 38 are sizes I wear
Returning things is a hassle as I live in Australia.
Falling while wearing too big shoes is likely. Solution give away shoes.
Lesson … Don't buy shoes online
Quick easy. However the striped multi oloured cardigan was much shorter than the one shwn on the model and in a different stripe colour pattern to te one shown in the photo. In the oder selection there was no box to select the colour pattern offered.
The clothes continue to be updated and are of very good quality. Ordering is very easy! And since I've ordered before, I am confident the orders will come, where I was skeptical before.
I don't seem to get an email on when to expect items. It makes me reluctant to keep ordering when my first item hasn't arrived yet. When orders did come in, the quality of the material didn't look like it did on the pictures. They were acceptable but it wasn't the same. But when you pay a cheaper price, expect something to be wrong. The sizes were just right. No issues there. They did send an email saying they were including a tracking number. That wasn't the case on any of my orders. The bottom line is if you can stand not knowing a tracking number, and/or how long it will be before delivery. The other aspect is the quality of the material used. It's not going to be how it looks on the pictures…. Similar but not the same.
I like that you use PayPal, instead of using my CC number
Your cart and the prices it shows is very confusing and keeps changing the totals as I m checking out, extremely frustrating. It looks like you are cheating me. I like your clothes that I received on my first order which is also now my last order. I will never buy from you again unless you streamline your cart to show the price that reflects what it says under the item. It takes too long to make an order bc I keep checking your figures. Bad business

The clothes I have ordered have fit so beautifully. I love the colors and fabric of the first group of clothing i ordered. The fabric flowed nicely and was very comfortable. The second group of clothing I ordered was stylish and I like the print but not the fabric. It threw me off because the fabric from the first group was so much nicer.
Returns are horrendous! First youu have to send a picture of item and bag {we had a mass try on session-I don't know which bag goes to what} if that is ok then you have so many hours to return with approval.
I missed that window of time and ended up selling to a friend who happened by for 1/2 price!
It took longer than expected to receive my order, but once received, I was pleased with both the sizing and quality.

They have changed their return policy. In the past product was returned with an enclosed return label You now have to return product to China, however that is not stated on their website. Only states that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. I wanted to return items that weighed approximately 1.7 pounds and it was going to cost me nearly $200. The items I was returning were half that much. After chatting with customer service the finally offered me a 55% refund to just keep the product.

I was not aware that a return - to China - was my route if the items didn't fit. The items did not fit but the cost of the return was almost as much as the order. Gave the items away and will never order through this site again.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
