After many emails I received one item which did not at all look like the item i ordered... was supposed to linen and it's a cheap cotton. I finally got them to refund the remaining money owed. They are based in China so BEWARE.

In over 30 years of online shopping, I have never felt so intentionally disrespected & scammed. Neither item was linen & style was ridiculously mishapend. I know the Chines can do better than this. After multiple e-mail exchanges & calls with customer service@ *******181. I received a call from William from *******787 who asurred me my refund could be on its way if I downloaded--www.support909.org. This being the only certain way my money would be refunded. When my computer gave me a security warning. William said not to worry as it was from Norocora--Chuckle! Chuckle! He advised this would be the only way to get a refund! After another chuckle, I decided I shall donate my items to Goodwill. PITIFUL OPERATION operated by desperate souls.

I learned a major lesson from Noracora. Ordered 4 items, three disappointing items have finally arrived after three weeks. An item that arrived yesterday was a pair of linen pants. They were not linen, but cheaply made of cotton polyester, as were the first two items. I have decided not to even try to return my purchases after reading the other sad reviews. I fear it would only be adding expense and waste of my time. A shame there is no way to stop this international highway robbery!

6 weeks to arrive, its junky stuff but 3 pieces were acceptable -and fit. Came from China but also had a California return address. Had to cut into the bag. No invoice or return info, When contacted them by email, insisted returns be in the original packaging- impossible, sent to China, but since that will be $$ they would give me 15% so I could have them tailored... ha ha. If not reply to any email from them, in 7 days - will not review the transaction. I have sent now, daily, 4 emails asking for the label... no answer. Have filed with FTC, complained to Facebook and seeing if can get the MC to flag th company. Answers to the additional questions - took 6 weeks! Says can return but they are making it impossible...
I wish I'd read these reviewsfirst. Just got my items. Cheap and unfinished. Sleeves are ragged, unhemmed. Horrible material. Apparently have just lost the money as it sounds from the other reviews that they don't issue refunds and the price to return items is astronomical.

I purchased a blouse that looked good in the pictures online. What I received was two sizes smaller than it was supposed to be, cheap fabric that looked like dollar store quality. I asked for a return label, shipping paid, and a refund. I've exchanged many emails with this company and all they offer me is "25% refund" AND they want me to ship the garbage back at my own expense. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID -- DON'T ORDER FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!

ZERO STARS. They pull you in with really nice photos of really nice clothes but what actually comes to you after weeks of waiting are clothes you'd find at the dollar store! Not even Walmart would sell them. Between item to item, the sizes vary greatly and one item will be too small, the other huge... despite using the size charts. They DO NOT respond to messages and you can't call China. Horrible clothes, horrible fabrics, horrible sewing. Even the dyes used are faulty! One item has dye streaks on the back like it got splattered with grease. SO UPSET. I spend $200... and cannot return them without paying more to ship back to China AT MY COST. TOTAL RIP OFF. BEWARE
Today, I spent money at USPS returning a Noracora garment that was completely incorrect from what my mother had ordered. The item, wrong as it was, took weeks longer to arrive than it should.
We addressed the item specifically to the "Returns" address provided. I came back from USPS and errands to discover that Noracora has now told my mother via telephone that the company will not accept the return item in the U.S. and that she must pay postage to return it to China!
Furthermore, they could not guarantee her refund and only suggested that possibly she could get 50% off another item. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND PREYS (ESPECIALLY) UPON THE ELDERLY! There will be consequences.
PS Noracora: You are messing with the wrong son.
The dresses look great on their website but in reality the quality is substandard fabric. The closest way I can describe the fabric is that it's similar to low quality burlap. NoraCora's website offered a discount for buying 3 or more dresses, which is what I did, but a discount credit was never issued. One of the dresses originated from China and I was charged a foreign exchange fee of nearly $5. I emailed NoraCora several times regarding the discount and to arrange for a refund for the 3 dresses, they didn't respond until weeks later and NoraCora only referenced 1 of the 3 dresses and nothing on the discount. NoraCora doesn't even qualify for any stars, doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! Buyer beware!
I knew the clothes were coming from another country, I was prepared to wait for their arrival. That did not figure into the review.
The pictures are beautiful. I read many reviews and thought the reviewers had unrealistic expectations after trying on the clothes. Straight from the box I could tell the fabric and workmanship was lacking. Some said the clothes run small. I found pants run huge and tops skin tight. I still have not received the shoes and will contact the company if they don't soon arrive.
With all these negative reviews I should have been smarter. Don't make the same mistake.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
