I really like their clothes, but the sizing does not appear to be uniform. I received a top that was too big and was told returns go to China…an expensive return or they offer you 15% off your order to settle.

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered merchandise, it was sent to wrong address and they would not refund my full payment or ship the merchandise. They insisted I put in the wrong address but I had ordered from them before and received the items so my address was already in the system. Customer service is deplorable

One of the tops in my order looks very different from the picture on-line. Well a couple do actually, but the grey one has a very different fit. I am keeping it, mainly due to the cost and hassle of returning it.
I ordered 2 tops. One was supposed to be green and came in blue and the other was to be black and gray snd it came black and blue. Very disappointed
Easy to use. Hope everything fits. Everything was too big. They work hard to have you not return items.
Although I ordered the same size for several items, they were decidedly different sizes. When I started the refund, it looked like I could refund everything except the one item that was final sale which made sense. However, they wanted pictures of every item that was to be returned. Then when I went to the website today to finish the return it states their refund policy is NO REFUND on any item. Very unhappy about that.

I purchased an item from Noracora that was too small. It was then that I found out that I need to ship it back to China for a refund. The price of shipping is almost equal to what I paid for the item.
I completely understand your feelings. As our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China so the return country is also China. We are currently working to resolve the issue to own our overseas return warehouse and also improve our products.

My experience with Noracora was great. The site is easy to navigate through. I had an issue with the timings to receive the package and the personnel was amazing, timely responding and in a very kind manner. Plus, the package arrived beforehand which was like Christmas to me, because I was no longer counting on receiving it (no one would be at the address provided at the original estimated date of delivery). Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
