I ordered a lovely scarf from this company at the beginning of October and paid with PayPal. I've never received the scarf. I've contacted Customer Service by e-mail 4 times with no help. They just reply with a standardized letter telling me to go to their website and track my order. I've been checking the tracking on this for several days. The tracking has not shown any movement in my order for 4 days. Yesterday, 10/17, I asked for a refund. I doubt I'll get it and pretty sure I won't get my scarf. Yes, their website shows lovely clothing items but apparently their merchandise is not quality if you get it at all.
I ordered 145.oo worth of merchandise. Unfortunately I didn't check for reviews. My fault. After order placed. I could not access order anymore. Filed dispute with Paypal. Paypal just as bad. Closed dispute in favor of seller, so don't use paypal thinking you are protected because you are not. Received a few junk items from china. Not as advertised. They are using real ads from original designer and sending knock offs that are junk seriously. How are they still in business I don't know. There are a lot of others too. If ad doesn't show full model it is a scam. They just canceled 3 of my items and said they would refund me if I closed dispute with paypal. Well my dispute was already closed by paypal in favor of them. So we will see if I get any of my money back. I haven't received rest of order but you cannot track their information on tracking either. Then they send you coupons for 8.00 as an apology. Like I would order from them again. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM NORACORA AND DON'T TRUST PAYPAL EITHER. When you try to send back you have to pay shipping to CHINA so it doesn't pay. It says nothing about china in it's return policy. The pictures do not reflect what you get. The large is like a 2x large. Run don't walk away from ordering from NORACORA OR PAYPAL.
I should have known. Top arrived in kids size with no tags and so wrinkled I can't even use for car rags! Disputed with credit card no refund yet. Sad in indiana
Do not order from this site. I wished I've read the reviews prior to placing an order. I learned a valuable lesson from ordering from this site. If I'm not familiar with a particular site or store check the reviews. Th quality of the clothes is cheap. They do not fulfill the entire order, if you order multiple items. Please beware of this site. Do not order, it's a scam.
I was just ready to order. Now after reading so many negative reviews I am way to scared. I was really excited over the styles of clothes and boots but just will not take the risk. Thank you for posting the reviews and sorry for all that are having so much trouble.
I recently purchased a really cute blouse and when it came it did not look anything like the blouse I purchased. Then you have to figure out how to return. I will NEVER buy anything from Noracora again!

I was taken in by the cute styles I saw online at Noracora. I thought here is finally a clothes line I could love. I ordered a few items - to date after 1 month only 2 have arrived and they are LAUGHABLE in quality. The shirt and pants look nothing like what was advertised. The fabric and quality or the worst and I would not even give these clothes away to Good Will. I have no idea if I will ever see the other 2 items I ordered and expect them to be in very poor quality as well. THIS IS a SCAM - stay away no matter how cute the adorable their pictures of their clothes look.
Thankfully, I ordered one item, a pair of boots, in black. What came in was in grey, which is their mistake, but, hey, I have to pay for shipping back to China if I want to return them, which might cost me what these boots were... but, it was their mistake. Shame on me for dealing with a Chinese company. I didn't read where they were from. I usually don't spend my hard earned money on "made in China". And furthermore, they call this material leather! I wonder what kind of 'leather' looks and feels like vinyl?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! These boots won't even be donated to the thrift shop. Only one place for them... TRASH!
So when I was in sick leave I thought I'd perk myself up with some purchases of nice linen and embroidered clothing, 4 in total price US$100. What I received 3 weeks later was 3 pieces of polyester, smaller than size charts, and basically butt ugly. I followed their returns policy to a tee, cancelled the 4th item and was hit with a barrage of we'll refund you 20% without returning items emails. Eventually they gave their address in China (despite UK address originally listed on their website), I posted off the 3 items with their particular PDF label, got a tracking number from Australia Post and then the fun began. I know it got to China, Australia Post can tell me that. I told them that- said they were processing refund. Nothing in PayPal account so I contacted PayPal. Then they said refund was frozen because of PayPal dispute. They claimed to PayPal I didn't post parcel even with tracking number with arrival. I contacted via email again and NoraCora now blocked my email address. So I'm about $120 out of pocket with postage. Best online purchasing experience ever: never buy without internet reviews, phone number, and don't trust PayPal's buyer protection. Also never do online purchase when under influence of painkillers. These guys are well clever at scamming they do- I just wish reputable financiers like PayPal would stop supporting them.
Purchased 6 items for about 100. NOT WORTH $10. Took 2 months to get 2 of 6 and another 2 months to get other 4. When I saw the quality I tried to cancel the second shipment and was told I couldn't it already shipped. Which was a giant lie. I couldn't get a refund because they only give u 15% of what you paid and u have to pay for whipping so u lose money sending it back. WHAT A JOKE! Their products are SH... T. don't believe the 5 star reviews they are written by their employees. You can tell by the wording they are not English speaking! Another joke... No One would rate that crap, 5.
I ordered a dress for mom and me and, when I received my order, I had two dresses for adults by mistake. I contacted them immediately about the problem. They responded immediately and quickly did well. It was very easy to return one of the dresses and they sent the correct size very quickly. Mom and I dresses are super cute and we receive compliments all the time!
Each item ordered has been as advertised. I am a customer for life! I have always felt appreciated and grateful as your client. The prices are fantastic. I love your online boutique!
I order a lot online and never before had an experience like the one I had with this company. I am sorry I did not check the reviews before ordering anything. Never received the items I ordered. When I first placed the order I received a confirmation with access to the order. After a month of not receiving anything I contacted the company I was told it was just delayed. After that first contact they blocked my access to the order and I had to get Pay Pal involved in trying to get the money refunded. We will see what happens
Purchased a hooded sweater. In picture it looked very thick and warm. When I received it, it was very thin. One arm is longer than the other. Will never shop this sight again! Picures are not accurate in what you will actually receive.
Still waiting for delivery of three items ordered Aug 2019, requested a refund for all. No reply, terrible customer service.
I have made a complaint to PAYPAL, hope that goes someway to stopping this practice. Would never order anything from this company again.

I ordered 2 items that I paid with my credit card. After not receiving anything I contacted the "company" about my order. I got the runaround saying 1 item was on the way. Tracking number fake. TOTAL scam.
Simply fabulous shopping and experience on the website. I got an elegant and beautiful jean, very happy as the first buyer. I like shopping online, this was a great little discovery where they exceeded my expectations as a consumer, I will return again.
I found a great selection of dresses and formal dresses to choose from, very helpful and knowledgeable. I left with the perfect dress for me

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
