Professional attention and very fast shipping! They have clothes with very nice designs and cheaper than in many stores. This time I ordered a swimsuit and it arrived perfect, thank you very much.
Clothing is of cheap quality, bears little resemblance to photos. Delivery time endless, still waiting for 3 of the 5 things I purchased. Am not even going to try to do returns and refunds, I'm sure it would be a nightmare. I'll consider this an expensive lesson learned.
Same as other review, ordered back 2 months ago but received it 2 days ago. Dress was not in good condition and quality was also not remarkable. After lots of search, i managed to get a email *******@usa.com from where i connected to their help center. They helped me to cancel it and returned my bucks back by using return and refund support.
So disappointed. Took weeks to receive order and it wasn't complete. Clothes had disgusting chemical smell. Cheap materials, fit was off, and no invoice or info about how to contact or return.

DON'T EVEN CONSIDER GIVING ONE PENNY TO NORACORA! I ordered three pairs of shoes from this shoddy business. TWO MONTHS LATER and STILL my order is not complete!
Delayed receipt of my shoes. Customer service that wants to argue over my request for a receipt, asking if I meant "invoice." Shoes that do not meet size standards. No shoe box. And should I want to return the items - AND OH HOW MUCH I DO! - I have to pay the exorbitant cost of returning the items to some foreign location, even though they have operations in the US.

The quality of the fabrics is very good, much better than it looks in the photos and they feel great. I also like how detailed they are with the shipment of the order, with a nice bag, just as it left the store. I am looking forward to buying again in a short time.

The attorney General office and BBB needs to lo into this company, they are stealing money from hard working Americans, making it very difficult to return items, because who could afford $160 for shipping for their junk. Many reviews have stated these very same issues, how is it this company is still in business, cuz if you were in the states you would have been run out of town back to China! You don't do business like this, your frauds. People please tell the attorney General office and Better Business Bureau, for this overseas cons. As you can see by my pictures these shoes cannot be worn, the inside material is not finished exposing open flaps, and a crease on the inside sole that feels like you've got a stick in your shoe. And that's on both shoes, the stitching is very bad, the sole is glued on with glue on the shoe itself. Don't buy from this company and our government needs to step in to rectify this fraudulent sell of their products!
It's been almost two months and I haven't received my order yet, I should of read the review before purchasing. Never again.
Ordered a multi-color vintage knitted/crocheted sweater in September. Finally received it the last week of October... was disgusted when I opened the packaging. The sweater was a cotton/polyester printed blouse - not even close to a knit or crocheted sweater. Emailed Noracora and they offered a 15% refund that I could use towards the altering of the garment... Was never an issue with the size but a completely different sweater. They warn that shipping it back to China is far too expensive so you should take the 15% refund... well after several emails it is now a 25% refund. This is the worst in mail scams. They have fake websites displaying beautiful clothing but what they send you is garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA! I've uploaded the pictures - see for yourself!

Would have returned items but the cost was close to $60 for a $90 order. They offered 15% refund to "fix any sizing issues". I took the 15% refund and will never purchase from them again. Clothes look nice but they are not!
They only send half of your items then wipe out your order history and won't send the rest or refund your money. I've been fighting with them back and forth for over 2 months now, they keep saying they're refunding my money only need more time, how friggin much time to they need. Below are the items not sent and not refunded.

Items look great online, but are of extremely poor quality (looked like something from a kindergarten arts and crafts class).
The one star reviews have photos and are ACTUAL customers. The five star reviews have no photos and are clearly made by people employed by the company. Cheap means scam people. Buyer beware - if it's too good to be true, it probably is...
The biggest mistake was to place an order with this fraudulent Chinese company. I ordered 4 items, one came 3 weeks later. The other 3 have yet to arrive, and it's been over a month! When I track them, they're still showing "waiting to be shipped". They're sitting in China and they haven't even been shipped! Their customer service via email is not helpful at all. Forget it if you need to make a change, they can't help you. And their only answer is: "your order has been processed". "We're currently working on your order" or "your items are on their way" which is a lie. DONT EVER SEND MONEY TO THEM.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
