Order placed 12-5-19, order shipped 12-08-19, received order 12-27-19. Item received is nothing like what is advertised, it is cheaply made and lopsided. Not wearable for sure

It is a good store with good customer service. I loved the dress, mistakes can happen in everything, unfortunately, the seam of the dress on one side has loose threads and it was not finished correctly, so I had to return the garment, the whole change process was carried out without problems and quickly.

This dress I bought fits me perfectly, it was so beautiful and much better in person than I expected. I recommend taking your body measurements before writing and ordering them. I measured myself before ordering the dress and it ended up looking great. The dress also arrived earlier than expected.

I ordered size 12 in lilac for my daughter. The dress arrived in perfect condition. It is exactly as shown and the size 12 measurements in the size guide are accurate. It is a lovely dress.

The entire purchase process was perfect, without any problem. I had to make a size change and it was very simple. They sent an email saying it would take a while to respond, but I think it was only a couple of days and the whole change process was not more than a week.

Items were nothing like descriptions or pictures. Very cheap, poor quality. What they claimed to be a "sweater" was actual a thin felt type material. Just sent my Third Request for a Return Authorization. S. G.

I should have known better. I only noticed the price said USD when it was too late. A big clue. I ordered a sweater on October 18,2019 and have yet to receive it. Their last email three weeks ago said it will be shipped in eight days. Obviously a lie. I am glad I only ordered one item, Based on the complaints in this website, I don't ever expect to receive it. Lesson learned.

Great, I had the order with delivery date for next year and arrived earlier than expected, it is the first time I ask on this page and the truth is that it is very good, I asked for some boots and great, I will ask for something more.

My order arrived on time, when my dress arrived I was delighted, the color, the fabric for me is perfect. I read the size recommendations and the perfect one would have been s / m, but for fear that the garment was the right one, I asked for m / l and this one is quite loose, I still love how it looks.

I order a sweater on Dec 1,2019 with a delivery date in 3-5 days. It showed up on Dec 22nd. (Needless to say they wasted no time taking the payment out the same day I ordered.). I ordered a sweater "coat " and barely got a sweater. I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. This item is going straight in the trash whereas I usually donate to charity, but I wouldn't want to subject anyone to this "sweater".

Very cool, very original and special designs. The quality and size of my dresses are adequate. I have only bought 2 times but I am satisfied with everyone, I will surely buy more.
