The website was easy to shop on. I read a lot of reviews that were terrible, but I decided that i would take a chance and if anything didn't fit I would donate it. And to my surprise out of about 25 pieces I ordered only a couple were too large. And to be fair, I didn't measure or read the size chart, I just ordered. The other bad review was that it took months to receive the order but I received mine within a week.
I ordered a jacket in size Small. When it came it was much too large. When I asked to return it I was told it comes from China and I have to return it to China. There was no way that I was going to do that so I have to give the item I bought away to someone. I can't do business in the future with someone who doesn't mark items if they are difficult to return. I bought a blouse and that was nice and didn't need return. If I had wanted to return it it would have been easy because it didn't come from China.
Highly recommend. Designer product came brilliantly packaged and excellent service delivery was on time and friendly.
Horrible, the shirts were super cute but will not fit ordered two sizes too big and still will not fit.

I ordered $84.11 worth of merchandise on 10/18/22 and it showed my account was debited by 'NORACORA.COM…. I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION OR ANYTHING, NO FOLLOWUP OR NADA!

It takes a VERY long time to receive your ordered items and was unaware they are shipped from out of the country.
Kind of hesitant on new online shopping from this type of company.

I purchased 4 times (yup, I am a sucker) and each time, they would not refund fully unless I PAID for the shipping, back to china. Each time I was SHOCKED as to the low quality. Embarrassingly low. The items seriously went to the trash, after I FOUGHT to get 40% back...
The items have a VAGUE similarity to what is pictured on the website but ARE NOT. There are even labels listed in the description, ie; "Vintage Birkenstock"... absolute FRAUD,,, There are ALOT of other shopping sites that are valid and honest... stick to them instead. To buy from noracora is to throw your money away...

I completely understand your feelings. As our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China so the return country is also China. We are currently working to resolve the issue to own our overseas return warehouse and also improve our products.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
