I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. I agree with everyone else that this company is a huge scam, poor quality. I thought I had found a dream site of nice looking bohemian clothes. A "sweater" was made out of material that reminded me of the vinyl tablecloths with a felt back with a print stamped on it. While I checked their return policy before ordering, their idea of a refund is $8.45 on a $96.00 order to avoid the expensive costs of returning product to China. I would add a photo but I immediately donated the clothes in case the 2nd hand store supporting the homeless I donate to could make 50 cents off of them. I would give them a negative review below 1 if I could. I tend not to write reviews but PLEASE, hang on to your hard earned money.
Scam chinese website- low quality clothing. Misrepresented in advertising. Looks nothing like advertised. Do not buy from this company. Returns are charged a high international fee so they try to bargain with you and offer a low price to just keep the low quality item. You end up losing either way.

As I was going through the order process, I realized that the words, PayPal Credit were not being used, so wrote to cancel my order until PayPal Credit could be established. I received a standard generic letter asking why I was cancelling the order. I wrote back explaining the reason. The next day, I recevied the same letter. I again wrote back. The next day, I received the same letter. This has happened 5 days in a row, with no real response from a live person, just the same letter, over and over and over. I have asked to speak with a manager, tried to find a live phone number, with no success. THE CLOTHES ARE BEAUTIFUL. DON'T ORDER!!!!
I wanted one item. They sent me another. It took longer than promised. They offered cash back 15%, then 25% to avoid the return. They said the return center is in China and I'd have to pay to return it there. I can't believe they sent a shirt that I didn't order as if they had sent what was ordered and paid for. The shirt had the correct ID number, but it is obviously not the shirt in the online picture (not the same material, not the same design, not the same sleeve length). My husband ordered it in December for a Christmas present. It arrived in February.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Ordered several items that were guaranteed for 7-10 delivery before Christmas and 6 weeks later nothing received. I sent a note to cancel and was told they just shipped and could not be canceled. Did get them about 4 weeks later so in total over 2 months and they are nothing like the pictures on line. Tried to dispute through PayPal and they are just as bad citing that as long as the shipper says it is shipped, there is no claim - no matter how long it takes. Now NORACORA will not authorize a return.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
