They are thieves. You order the clothes but they never arrive. Several emails over many months and I am still waiting for my items. They gladly take your money but do not send through the goods. Stay away from this company they should be locked up as fraudsters. They take your $ but do not deliver.
Too little too late.Not only did it take three months for my packages to get here in dribs and drabs. Everything from the website was not what was received. They were missed sewed they were miss sized and the fabric they were made out of was cheap and frankly I would never wear. It almost feels like the type of fabric that would catch fire if you came to close to a flame.
Don't make the same mistake I did by ordering anything from this website.

When you see the clothing on the website, they look very nice! Be forewarned... the clothing is Awful! The fit is very odd, even for a simple T-shirt! Not really sure what the material actually was made of. I ordered twice, giving this company a fair chance. But was not worth it. I attempted to return, but they made it EXTREMELY difficult. So STAY AWAY! Or just take your cash and throw it out the window! Better yet, donate to a worthy cause. Seriously, do not order from NoraCora.

I ordered a Plus size women Linen Dress - Casual Asymmetric. The picture in the catalog was of a beautiful flowing casual dress with loose fitting 3/4 length sleeves. I ordered an XL. What I received was more like a tunic and the sleeve are very tight. It was not the flowing dress that was pictured. After reading these other reviews I will not try to return it. I will scratch this saga up to lessons learned.

The service here was useful and willing to help navigate a barrage of questions I had. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and the amount of features that have been incorporated to make your site the ideal place to buy clothes and accessories.
1. I placed a small order from NoraCora on 2-28-2020 ($32). When I learned that shipping was 10-20 business days, I immediately (within an hour) sent NoraCora an Email cancelling my order. The cancellation was sent to NoraCora, as directed on its website (to *******@noracora.com).
2. NoraCora's ("NC") website offers full refunds for orders cancelled within 24-hours.
3. Approximately 5 1/2 hours after receiving my cancellation, NC sent me an Email stating:
"Sorry that we couldn't locate your order in our store, could you please provide us with...[the] transaction number you paid for this order"
4. I sent the requested PayPal transaction number (still within the 1st 24 hours of placing the order).
5. NC sent me an Email approximately 10 hours later:
"We regret that the shipped order cannot be cancelled any more and we cannot refund you... You can track your parcel(s)..."
6. I was frustrated and read many reviews about NC on multiple customer review sites. I called the alleged customer service number for NC *******333 -- shows up as Kingston, NY). No one answered, and I did not leave a message. Several hours later, I received no fewer than 5 calls from a man named "Jimmy" from this number.
7. Jimmy called me several times and insisted that I go to my computer and click on an. Exe file through google chrome in order to get my $32 refund. I refused. While I am not a computer expert, this made no sense. NC can simply refund my $ through PayPal, and I saw no need to provide any additional information.
8. I am concerned, as I am now reading reviews that state this *******333 number is a financial scam trying to get money from customers' accounts. You should also read the positive reviews on NC on this website as they appear suspicious.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
